Lovely hotel
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The hotel
Is very close by a metro station and the tram station is about 10 minute walk. Lots of shops and places to eat near the hotel. The room was clean and tidy everything we needed in the room. The room was nice as was the sauna. My husband and I also had a Massarge at the hotel which was very good.
Breakfast was great plenty of choice. The manager and reception team were absolutely amazing. Thank you for a great stay.

Great staff, but many disappointments
We stayed three nights in this hotel, with two rooms for three adults and two children (4 years old and 8 months old).
Our first remark concerns the staff, who were really the big positive point of our stay. The whole team was extremely kind and available. The lady at the front desk during the day was particularly welcoming, smiling, and gave very good advice: she gave us a lot of information about the surroundings and always took the time to help us. The person who handled the front desk at night was also friendly. We also really appreciated the gentleman who took care of various tasks within the hotel, a real handyman, who was kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant.
The breakfast was decent. Nothing exceptional, but nothing negative either: a classic breakfast that did the job perfectly. We particularly appreciated the fact that, since we had to leave very early, around 7 a.m., the team agreed to prepare a breakfast for us to take away. They notably prepared sandwiches for us, which was very thoughtful.
The hotel is also very pretty from a decorative point of view. The whole thing is rather elegant and visually pleasing. On the other hand, looking closer, one notices that the quality and finishes are not always up to the general appearance. Some elements are already damaged or show signs of wear, and some finishes are quite rough. We therefore have more of an impression of a hotel that seeks to project a high-end image than an establishment whose quality of service actually corresponds to that image.
This is, moreover, an important point for us: the hotel is advertised as a four-star establishment, and it is precisely at this level that we were disappointed. In view of our entire experience—quality of linens, soundproofing, smell of cigarettes, level of cleanliness, finishes, and general condition of some equipment—we do not really find the level of comfort and quality that we expect from a four-star hotel. Without the four stars displayed, some of these defects would probably have bothered us less. But with this rating, our expectations were naturally higher.
Regarding the common areas, the lobby is clean and pleasant. On the other hand, you should know that the reality does not completely correspond to the photos presented by the hotel. The photos notably give the impression of a very open and spacious establishment, with no nearby buildings around. In reality, the hotel is located in a fairly working-class neighborhood and is attached to neighboring buildings on both sides. There is very little space between the buildings: some windows look almost directly onto the walls of neighboring structures, sometimes with barely a meter of space.
The pool is located in the basement. Wearing a swim cap is mandatory; if you do not have one, you must buy it on-site for €2 per person. Here again, some photos are quite far from reality: the large lounge chairs for lying around the pool that you see in the photos are not present. There are simply chairs. The establishment also has a hammam and a spa.
Regarding the rooms, the cleaning is decent without being impeccable. We did not find the rooms dirty, but we are clearly not looking at impeccable cleanliness either. It is rather average and, for a four-star hotel, we expected a higher level of care.
We were also very surprised regarding the bed linen. There was only a sheet to cover the mattress, but no real sheet to cover ourselves with. When we asked the hotel, we were told that the decorative cover placed on the bed served as a blanket. This cover is quite short, however, and personally, we do not find this practice particularly hygienic. We therefore slept during our entire stay without a real sheet to cover ourselves, which was quite unpleasant.
The towels are changed regularly, but some were stained despite their white color and clearly showed signs of wear. They remain usable and that was not catastrophic, but here again, we expected better from a hotel advertising four stars.
The second big problem concerns the soundproofing, which is almost nonexistent. You hear absolutely everything: people passing in the hallway, those talking, conversations from neighboring rooms, the television, etc. For a family with young children, it is particularly complicated, especially during the night.
Finally, the point that bothered us the most remains the smell of cigarettes. It was extremely present in the hotel and especially in the rooms. As soon as we entered the room, the smell was very strong, and we also found it in the hallways and in different parts of the establishment.
We reported the problem, specifying that we were traveling with two young children. The first time, we were simply advised to air out the room. We explained that this was not really a solution given the intensity of the smell and the presence of our children. During a second report, we were told that a person who was supposed to leave was the source of the problem. However, even after they left, the smell was still just as present. It was really very unpleasant and difficult to bear.
In conclusion, we remember above all the exceptional kindness of the staff, who really did their best to help us and make our stay pleasant. It is undeniably the best point of this hotel.
On the other hand, we have a rather mixed impression regarding the establishment itself. It is very pretty visually and has real potential, but the appearance is not enough to compensate for certain problems of quality, maintenance, and comfort. The finishes, the condition of certain elements, the soundproofing, the linens, the cleanliness, and especially the persistent smell of cigarettes are points that seem problematic to us.
To be totally honest, we do not find that the experience really corresponds to what we expect from a four-star hotel. With a level of service more consistent with this rating, our assessment would certainly have been different.

The ceiling light was broken, the cleanliness was just average, and the ventilation was poor. The only positive was the good breakfast.

Cleanliness, Location and Attention: Full Marks
A business that places extra emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene, treating its customers like guests in its own home. Attention to detail really makes a difference. During my stay, I felt both comfortable and valued. Its location is also very advantageous, both central and opposite the station. We didn't experience any difficulties with transportation. In short, it's a hotel you can choose with peace of mind, offering an experience that exceeds expectations.
