Great place to stay!!!
Kerim, Deniz, and Cagri made the stay seamless and they were so prompt with every request. They are a great team of staff and so helpful!!! On behalf of Food for the Hungry, we loved our stay and can't wait to come again for our next event coming soon in May. I can't recommend this place enough!! The location of the hotel is also great. You can enjoy a walk along the Bosphorus and Taksim Square; which are all walking distance, and more!! Thank you! Teşekkür Ederim!! :)

Excellent breakfast.
The pool area is perfect for truly relaxing during your stay.
The restaurant is top-notch, and the spa services offer better value than nearby outside spas.

Awful serice!
They locked my partner out of the hotel even though he was on the room with his passport and he was locked out for hours and they didn't even try to alert me to this situation and we both panicked and my partner was without his meds. Awful service!

Wake up to the sunrise, like it or not.
Location is good. Hotel is a bit old, and the rooms are on the smaller side.
Compared to other Grand Hyatts or Hyatt Regency's (globally), the set of staff at this hotel are not as pleasant and the breakfast can be a disappointment.
The biggest issue is that if you have a sea-view room, the morning sunlight shines right at your face because the curtains don't properly close.
