Great staff and hotel located minutes from main attractions

Great city hotel located close to old sites eg blue mosque, Haiga Sofia and grand bazaar only 6 mins away.
Good breakfast and excellent service from staff - particularly Sinsam who manages breakfast in the morning. He looked after everyone very well - even knew it was my husband’s birthday and made a fuss without us mentioning it.
The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious and regularly serviced. They were updated and modern.
Good value for money and a very convenient and comfortable stay

A perfect spot for a relaxing lunch with an amazing Bosphorus view!

We had a wonderful lunch at Eva Bosphorus Restaurant. Everything was excellent — fast service, very friendly and professional staff. A special thanks to Efe and Erdoğan for taking such great care of us! The view is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Family vacation in Istanbul

Truly 5-star hotel in Istanbul, very beautiful lobby and top-notch reception service.
Standard triple room on the 4th floor (421), very spacious, very clean.
Breakfast at the restaurant hall on the 5th floor with a view of the Bosphorus... very evocative.
There is also a small spa with a pool, sauna, and Turkish bath... truly relaxing after a day of walking through the city streets.

Watch out for the rooms

We chose this hotel for its central location and the panoramic terrace. Indeed, the view of the city is unique and unmissable. But the room was a big disappointment. Very small, so much so that we didn't know where to put our suitcases and without a window. In my opinion, a 5-star hotel should not have a small terrace that opens onto an internal space like an elevator shaft

Enjoyable Stay in Istanbul

Lovely hotel from check-in to check-out.
The hotel is located in a prime area, with key tourist attractions (blue mosque, hagia sophia and the grand bazaar) being within walking distance.
From arrival, all staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with a special thanks to Musrat for his kind hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms are modern and are equipped with shampoo, shower gel and other amenities. Additionally, water is available during your stay from the lobby bar free of charge.
A key highlight to the hotel has to be the rooftop restaurant with stunning views of Istanbul, which can be enjoyed with the complimentary breakfast available during your stay.
Demiray hotel provides an excellent value for money during your stay in Istanbul, I would 100% return to this hotel and definitely recommend to friends and family.
