Beautiful everything ❤️
Stayed at Delta Hotel Istanbul – and were very satisfied ❤️ We were 3 me, sister and my brother, everyone really liked it.
The hotel pleasantly surprised with its coziness and atmosphere. Rooms are clean, neat, all designed for a comfortable stay.
The location is just perfect: everything is nearby - transportation, shops, cafes. Very convenient for those who want to enjoy the city as much as possible and not waste time on long journeys.
Breakfasts are delicious and varied, there is everything you need to start the day with a good mood ☕️
I want to mention the staff separately - polite, sympathetic and always ready to help. You feel cared for by the guests, and that makes your stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, a great option for your price. Would love to come back here again

Istanbul nightmare
Advertised as a 5 Star Hotel but would struggle to give it a 3 star rating, rooms tiny in drastic need of repair, paper coming of walls, food, managed scrambled or hard boiled eggs that was it. Stay well away. Try the 4 star next door a different ball game much much nicer in every respect.

Very Disrespectful Service During Breakfast
I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends, and unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience during breakfast.
We had finished eating, but I was still finishing my coffee while waiting for my friend to complete her breakfast so we could leave together. During this time, a staff member named Abdullah came to our table and repeatedly asked if we were done. On the third time, he insisted that we leave, using a very disrespectful tone, and this happened in front of other guests.
What made this worse is that breakfast time was still ongoing, and there was no need to rush us in that manner. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, especially since I was still within the allowed breakfast time.
This experience left a very negative impression of the service quality at the hotel. I strongly do not recommend it.

Very good stay
A great location close to everything. The tram, restaurants, mosques.
I especially thank Mr Orhan who welcomed us very well and allowed us an early entry to the room around 09:00 with a smile of welcome. He's a great, brave man, he's all in this hotel. So Mr Abdullah in the hearty breakfast service. I thank the whole team as well as the housekeepers.
Just that the rooms are small but acceptable for a couple.

BAD HOTEL
Please avoid this hotel at all costs.
I made a reservation more than a month in advance and was charged several days before my arrival in Istanbul. Upon reaching the hotel, I was left standing at the reception desk for several minutes with no acknowledgment until I eventually called for attention.
When the receptionist finally attended to me, he led me to a room located on a dark floor with dimly lit hallways and storage rooms surrounding the area. The room itself was extremely small, barely enough space to move and the carpet was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. I immediately informed him that I did not feel comfortable with either the room or the general environment.
Back at the reception, I was told by the duty manager that all other rooms were occupied. After insisting, they showed me another room, but it was no better: the bathroom and toilet floors were dirty, and the bed looked like it had not even been properly made. At that point, I decided to cancel my booking.
I was instructed to call back the next morning regarding the refund. I did repeatedly and each time I was told to call again. This continued throughout my stay in Turkey. Eventually, they informed the booking platform that they would not be issuing a refund. This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately fraudulent.
After all the inconvenience, stress, and wasted time, I should be the one charging them extra, not fighting to recover my own money. It has now been almost four weeks, and I still have not received a refund.
Please do not book this hotel. You will regret it.
