Location is convenient if you have to stay near the airport but that’s it. It is like a 1.5 - 2 star hotel in an area that is residential and not pretty. Property is clean but not well maintained

I booked a one-night stay due to a long stopover and had a terrible experience with this hotel.
I arranged the shuttle service the morning before my arrival, providing all the necessary details via WhatsApp (flight info, number of passengers, arrival time, and contact details). The hotel confirmed it promptly. On the day of my trip, right before boarding a long international flight, I reconfirmed the request.
After receiving instructions on where to meet the driver, I landed and went straight to the designated meeting point. I waited for 15 minutes, but the driver never showed up. Another airport driver informed me that my scheduled chauffeur wasn't even there. I contacted the hotel, and they asked me to wait another 15 minutes. After waiting for over half an hour at the spot with no prompt replies from their team, I messaged them stating I would take a taxi instead. Catching a cab was immediate and cost exactly half of what the hotel was going to charge me.
To make matters worse, when I checked in and brought up the shuttle failure, the front desk agent simply shrugged it off with a cold "OK"—offering absolutely no apology or explanation for the massive inconvenience.
To top it all off, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
I highly discourage anyone from staying here due to their absolute lack of customer support and complete disregard for guests.
