We stayed for 7 nights and travelled with children aged 15 and 13. We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very polite and helpful. Thanks

beautiful lobby, but serious problems with food, technical condition of rooms and beach 5 Ultra AI*
Holidaying at a hotel in June. I want to leave an honest review to help future tourists (especially those travelling in pairs of friends or with children) make the right choice. The hotel bills itself as a 5* Ultra All Inclusive, but falls far short of this level.
Pros of the hotel:
Territory and lobby:
The hotel lobby is very beautiful, modern and stylish. The area around the pool is clean, neat and well maintained. The rooms themselves visually look nice, but the technical condition suffers.
Cons and important nuances to be aware of:
- Technical problems in rooms (our experience in 1207 and 1201): During the holidays managed to stay in two rooms, and everywhere there were problems with plumbing and appliances. Family room 1207 had one of the telephones out of service and the shower cubicle was draining very poorly. Then they moved to room 1201 - both phones were down, the tropical shower was not functioning well, and the air conditioning was constantly dripping.
- Specificity of separate beds (Important for friends!):
If you are travelling together as friends or relatives and need separate beds - keep in mind that they are very narrow. The beds are close together and there's not even a nightstand between them. Basically, you'll still be sleeping almost together. One and a half separate beds are not available in the hotel fund.
- Meals:
The kitchen was frankly disappointing. The meals were repeated all the time, and there was a strong feeling that yesterday's meals, and sometimes the meals of the day before, were served. Breakfasts are completely free of traditional Turkish sweets and desserts (only European buns, cookies and waffles are available). (Turkish already serves lunch and dinner-sweets)
- The welcome desk (Welcome Zone) in the lobby is open only from 8:00 a.m. If you have an early or night arrival, drinks and desserts will not be offered, although the concept stated is 24/7.
Terrible service on the beach:
- The beach is 7 minutes walk or by car 3 minutes. The private beach area itself is neglected. The sunbeds are old, worn and dirty in an ugly dark green colour. After lunch, nobody cleans up the garbage, it lies right under your feet (and if it does, it rarely does).
The towels are very thin and washed.
- No Wi-Fi at the beach at all.
- The public refrigerator with water on the beach is broken - the water there is warm, for cool water you have to queue at the kiosk to the bartender.
- Beach bar and sea: At the beach bar, only fast food and hot dogs (after lunch), fresh fruit and traditional ayran are not available.
- The entrance to the sea is only half sandy, on the rest of the water lies a huge rocky block, on which it is easy to injure your feet, and the hotel this entrance has not cleared any way.
Smoking is illegal, but smoking is absolutely everywhere on the beach. There is no designated non-smoking area (Non-Smoking Area), staff do not monitor this, it is impossible to breathe sea air.
For children: Despite the beautiful swimming pool, there is no water slide for children on site.
Outcome: I can advise this hotel only if you like exclusively relaxing by the pool. But this hotel is definitely not for a seaside vacation. The hotel charges for 5 stars Ultra All Inclusive, but skimps on food quality, room maintenance and beach service. I don't want to come back here.

Property was well presented and modern. We had a family room with our 2 teenage boys. There were nice little extras in the room like free soft drinks, toiletries and slippers. The cleaners did a good job. The food was nice with lots of choice but it was pretty much the same every day. My son loved the desserts. We never had an issue with finding a table in the dining room.
The pool area was relaxed and clean, initially there were no issues with getting a sunbed but in our last week they removed some of the beds so people couldn't get one. There were always lifeguards on the two pools and the kids loved the slides. The pool bars were nice with a good choice and the queues were never too big. I didn't like the fact that they served the drinks around the pool area in glasses though. We saw a few broken glasses around the path, this is not safe with children around. There is a shuttle to the private beach area, the staff were always cleaning up the beach. The beach bar is a bit unloved and tatty. The hotel is in a quiet area and a short walk takes you to shops and a few bars. It's a 10 minute taxi ride to Side old town, which was lovely on a night. We would stay here again, we were sad to leave.
