Fantastisk hotel - særlig tak til Yhlas og Bibi
Rigtig dejligt ophold!
Vi har netop haft et 7-dages ophold på Arnor Deluxe Hotel & Spa - og alt i alt er vi meget tilfredse med vores ferie og hotellet.
In this case, there will be a glade for, there will be a happy smile, and there will be a good time for you. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen, og servicen er generelt rigtig god.
Vi kunne også rigtig godt lide, at der var forskellige til aftensmaden, så der var god variation fra dag til dag. Derudover has der masser af activityter og underholdning både ved poolen og på stranden.
En stor fordel er hotellets shuttlebusser til stranden, som kører cirka hvert 10. minut. Stranden er virkelig flot med dejligt sand, og der er en rigtig god restaurant, hvor det også er inkluderet i All Inclusive.
Hotellet er generelt rent og pænt, og vores værelse var rigtig godt med masser af plads. Vi satte også pris på, at man ikke må gå ned i restauranterne eller lobbycaféen iført badetøj – det giver en god og ordentlig stemning på hotellet.

Alt i alt har vi haft en rigtig dejlig ferie på Arnor Deluxe Hotel & Spa og kan bestemt anbefale hotellet. Personalet, mine, stranden, bilgiterne, renligheden og de gode faciliteter har gjort vores ophold til en rigtig god oplevelse. Vi kommer gerne igen! ❤️

A truly wonderful holiday!
We spent a 7-day holiday at the Arnor Deluxe Hotel & Spa and overall we were very satisfied with both our holiday and the hotel.
First of all, we would like to especially mention the hotel's friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. You feel truly valued and welcome. The staff's attentiveness and the quality of service were generally very good.
We also really liked that there was a different theme for dinner every day. This ensured that the meals were both varied and different every day. In addition, many activities and entertainment were organized throughout the day, both by the pool and on the beach.
The hotel's regular free shuttle service to the beach is also a great advantage. Shuttles depart approximately every 10 minutes. The beach is really beautiful, and the sand is wonderful. There is also a very nice restaurant on the beach that is included in the All Inclusive concept.
The hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. Our room was also very nice and quite spacious. We also found it very positive that swimwear/bikinis are not allowed in the restaurants or lobby cafe. This rule helps create a more orderly and high-quality atmosphere in the hotel.

They take part in many activities such as morning dances, volleyball, water polo, evening shows, and children's events. They are both incredibly sweet, friendly, sincere, and caring people.
It's really clear how much they enjoy their work. They are always energetic, cheerful, and positive. Their efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant time certainly deserve appreciation.
Our children were not with us on this holiday. However, on our next visit, we would love for our own children to spend time with Yhlas and Bibi and enjoy the activities they have prepared. It was clear how attached the children at the hotel were to them and how much fun they had together. There was a really beautiful bond between them and the children.

He is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond for his guests. He is happy to help not only with hotel-related matters, but also with information on what to do outside the hotel, places to visit, or things worth seeing.
He's one of those people who genuinely cares about his guests and enjoys his job. We thank him very much for his interest and assistance.
A few minor areas for improvement:
Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. However, there are a few minor points we'd like to share.
The first of these is a minor negative experience we had with the hotel photographer. When we couldn't agree on the number of photos we wanted to buy, we felt that his attitude towards us suddenly became quite cold and distant.
Another minor point concerns the cocktails offered as part of the All Inclusive package. The cocktail options weren't very extensive, and frankly, they weren't particularly special to our taste. However, we have a good suggestion: Ask the bartender to prepare a special cocktail of their choosing for you. In our experience, it was much tastier!
You can also purchase different cocktails at the pool bar in addition to the All Inclusive option.
Finally, the area where the evening shows are held is a bit small. Therefore, we recommend arriving a little early so you can comfortably watch the shows and find a good spot.
Overall, despite all of this, we had a really great holiday at Arnor Deluxe Hotel & Spa and we would definitely recommend the hotel.
Friendly staff, delicious food, a wonderful beach, various activities, cleanliness, and the amenities offered by the hotel made our holiday a very enjoyable experience.
We would like to thank the entire team, especially Yhlas, Bibi, and Fevzi, for their hard work and dedication.

Unfortunately, we experienced an unpleasant situation upon arrival. However, Mr. Memili immediately stepped in, listened to us carefully and resolved the issue in a very short time. After a long journey, this meant a lot to us and allowed us to start our holiday with peace of mind.
What impressed us most was not only his professionalism and efficiency, but also his genuinely respectful, kind and human attitude towards guests. He did not simply give us a formal answer — he personally took care of the situation and made sure everything was properly resolved.

Amazing
First of all: this was my first visit to Turkey, but definitely not my last! My next trip will 100% be back at Arnor De Luxe in ancient Side! There are so many Polish guests here that you almost feel like you're back on the Polish seaside.
A few words about the hotel: it is simply off the charts for a 5-star rating! Everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation is right here on-site, and whatever isn't in the hotel, you'll find in Side.
The hotel staff – from the housekeeping ladies to the managers of the dining and recreation zones – are simply wonderful. They do their job at the absolute highest level imaginable. I’m not a demanding person when it comes to rooms; my view was just of a wall around my terrace, but honestly? I couldn't care less, because I only used the room for showering and sleeping. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped.
Bring your kids, your parents, your friends, and just go there to feel like kings of the world. If anyone manages to find flaws in this place, I both congratulate and pity them.
I won't name all the employees I bonded with ✂️ – I didn't get to learn all their names and can't remember everyone's , but everyone maintains a top-tier level 24/7.
A free shuttle bus runs to the private beach every 10 minutes. The beach features a full bar, food station, and fast Wi-Fi. Side itself is buzzing with life late into the night. The museum and the Temple of Apollo are out of this world. The entire waterfront looks unreal — reality easily beats all expectations and photos here.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful time. You are the foundation of this hotel; the building is just a beautiful packaging for its amazing content. The cats roaming around are another great touch (they even have their own "manager" named Ares ).
I don't usually write online reviews, but in this case, it was a must — out of pure respect for their hard work. If you're hesitating about booking, Side and Arnor Hotel are the perfect choice. Special greetings to all the staff — you made this stay truly magical. I was so blown away by this trip that I even got a souvenir tattoo to remember it by .
I highly recommend this place and fully endorse it.

Gorgeous hotel
We are deeply grateful to the Arnor De Luxe team for their kindness, exceptional care for guests, and highest professionalism. The hotel staff is incredibly responsive, the food is top-notch, and the complex itself is simply beautiful. But it is the sincere attitude of the staff that makes this vacation truly "Deluxe." Such high standards of hospitality and genuine humanity are rare these days. Thank you so much for saving our family vacation and making it unforgettable. Very nice stay
The hotel is very nice, clean. The food is ok, not wow, but you have every day what to eat. The pool is very nice, beach has a slow entrence which is nice especially for kids. The employees are very nice and try their best to make you happy.
If I have something to "complain", if you wants to sleep early like 22 the noise from parties and shows are a little bit too much, but after a long day at pool and beach we slept very well.
