Chilled relaxed

My family really enjoyed our week in BaiaLara. The entertainment team were great with our teenagers. The snack bar and ale cart lunchtime and steak restaurant were a great touch.
The cleaners n our room were outstanding

after the disappointment in the hotel delphin neo palace (2025), this year in baoa lara... almost the same. it seems that the services, animation are going down, but that's why the prices... wow. the animation in the hotel is below the level of 5*, even 3* a lot. disco nights turn into a DJ competition, who will invent more songs. the guests get up to dance, the song has already been changed 10 times, none of them lasted more than 10-15sec. all the bars (not the lobby bar), serve orange juice from the hose, not from the vending machine, (cola, sprite) or original packaging, the beach is dirty, no one cleans or maintains it. the food was ok, but the section with sweets.... a big 0. we are positively waiters and maids. I have been coming to Turkey for 10 years, and every year is a bigger disappointment. I am not looking for anything special, but for that money a little respect, and care for guests... and some third-class drinks, always the same entertainment, always the same themed evenings.

Wonderful

We had an amazing family holiday at Baia Lara Hotel! Everything was perfect — beautiful hotel, delicious food, excellent service, and wonderful staff. We were truly satisfied with our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended to everyone! ❤️

Great

We are already coming for the 6th. time to this hotel and were very satisfied again. The service quality in particular convinced us. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness and cleaning of our room. However, the selection and variety of food in the main restaurant could still be improved. In past years, we found the food to be somewhat better.
Nevertheless, we will continue to gladly choose this hotel and return. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

A wonderful hotel with exceptional hospitality
We had a fantastic stay at Baia Lara Hotel. The hotel was fully booked, but it never felt overcrowded. Thanks to the several swimming pools and the large beach area, there was always a place available. Even during mealtimes, we never had trouble finding a table.
What impressed us most was the great variety. The food was different every day, with a wide selection and something for everyone. There were also plenty of activities and facilities, so there was always something to do.
The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and, most importantly, honest. We experienced this personally when we lost a gold necklace at the beach. Another guest found it and honestly handed it in at the reception. The Guest Relations team then contacted us and made sure the necklace was safely kept until a friend could collect it. This gave us a lot of confidence in the hotel and its staff.
The hygiene was also excellent. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and the overall cleanliness was very good throughout our entire stay. The beds were comfortable as well, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep.
There may be other hotels that offer a higher level of luxury in certain areas, but in our opinion, they would have a hard time matching Baia Lara when it comes to overall comfort, care and quality. The combination of friendly staff, excellent and varied food, activities, facilities, cleanliness and attentive service makes this hotel a complete experience.
We definitely hope to return to Baia Lara in the coming years and experience the same wonderful hospitality and quality once again.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable holiday with excellent service!
