Good hotel
Good hotel, the food was decent chips, chicken veg. Breakfast only good thing you can have is a omelette. Staff worked hard and had given good service. A bar men in particular can harass you a lot while being solo, and get angry if you don’t meet him after they finish work. Drinks are 10am-11pm, lunch starts 7pm till 11pm. Mid lunch is 4pm-5.30pm, which offers you a burgers chips chicken nuggets. Hotel was a minute walk from the beach. Offers you sun beds included. The sea was very stony when you go in the water, but beach was sandy. There’s cheap places to eat around the area. The beds were rock hard, but was a clean room. It can be loud when you sleep as to music around the hotel/ location. Grand bazaar is a 15/20 minute walk. Always check your items before buying as I got a bag and it has a dent in and the man won’t let me re chose a bag. A shoe had a pen mark on. Shoe prices are £10-£20. Bag prices £10-20. Don’t go over them prices as they can scam you. Perfumes they sell in grand bazaar can be very fake. Packaging perfumes do not smell the same to the ones they make you smell from the tester. Overall location is perfect and the hotel is nice but they need better beds.

Cozy hotel near the centre
Wonderful hotel near the city center! I really enjoyed it here. The room is small but very cozy, it's all right, everything works in the room. The restaurant has a small selection of dishes, but everything is fresh and really delicious. The cocktails and drinks at the bar are good, in quality and taste. The staff is friendly. The hotel beach is also great, owned by two hotels and a restaurant, I understand. The entrance to the sea is smooth, there are some uncomfortable pebbles at the entrance, but then there is soft sand. She went to the evening program at the hotel several times: there is a live music day and a national dance day. I had a great vacation at the Hawaii Hotel!

Pleasant family atmosphere and delicious food.
My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, we liked the food and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, it felt like we'd known each other for years. We especially thank Mr. Turgay for his attentiveness and friendly service. It was nice to have access to food almost every hour of the day. The food was also delicious, fresh, and varied. The hotel was very close to the sea, so we could swim whenever we wanted. Having parking available nearby was a great convenience. On the negative side, it seemed a bit small to us and somewhat impractical for use with television. Apart from that, we were very pleased with everything else; it's a place we would definitely visit again. Thank you for everything.

Great hotel
We stayed here in August 2025. We stayed as a family of three, with a toddler who was 2 at the time.
It exceeded all expectations and they went above and beyond to look after us.
The hotel has a family feel to it. The food selection is always great at the buffet and the drink selection at the bar is good.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby within a couple of minutes walk.

Not bad, but disappointing on the turf.
Holidayed with my son for 12 days in July. Usually we take a different hotel, picked Hawaii as the first line. Used to live in Perfect Panorma also 4 stars. I was surprised they didn't get to the hotel. Going out and looking for him, it wasn't nice. When checking into a hotel everything is fine, but before 2 will not check in... although in another hotel checked in. We're in our 7th year in Marmaris. The room is untired, not sea view. And line one is conditional, it's on line two behind the main Janus hotel. It's really a one-minute walk to the beach. The beach isn't bad, but there are no drinks and no bar. You can't take them out of the hotel. Which is very strange. Room's clean, cleaned every day. The room is light, the beds are hard enough. There is an occasional smell of sewerage in the bath. They fix it fast. Hotel service is good, it was nice. Everybody cleans, cares. As for the grounds - there's none, we're used to hotels with grounds, there's a pool and that's it, a small area by the bar. There's nothing else. The pool is full, nice, there are no crowds in the pool, people scatter on the sea. There's no animation at the hotel, a couple of times a week. The rest of the time is just music. You'll entertain yourself. Or we should go somewhere. In the Perfect Panorama everything was on the property. Entertainment shows every day and animations from charging to games. The bar is a good choice. There's none at the restaurant, a choice of dishes for 3. But you won't stay hungry. Fish, no seafood. Well, customer orientation is low, we lost the card - zero cash with us, asked not to take a ticket. It's not the first hotel and there's no fine anywhere, but no even the hotel owner told the admins to pay. I've never seen that before. Well, paid twice as much through Sberbank. Apparently they need it. Perhaps the first (second) line is not worth being stripped of everything else. I don't want to go back. Wifi forgot to write a good one, too. I'd say it's not a 4th star, it's a 3 plus.

Regarding entertainment, our hotel offers one Live Music night and one Turkish Night each week, in line with our hotel concept. We understand that this may differ from the entertainment program offered by larger resort hotels with extensive grounds.
We are also sorry to hear about the inconvenience regarding the lost key card. The replacement charge is a standard hotel policy and is applied equally to all guests.
