AURASIA BEACH HOTEL FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION
Hello, the Aurasia Beach Hotel offers a truly unique location. The hotel management team does an excellent job. In customer relations, Ms. Burcu is always solution-oriented and cheerful... When you step out of the hotel, the beach is right in front of you. The sea is simply wonderful... The beach services are nothing short of excellent. The food served is very tasty and hygienic... Chef Sedat, who works in beach services, and the young server Cem are true professionals—I’d like to congratulate both of them. My wife and I were very satisfied. This is our third stay at this hotel, and the service has always been fantastic. The Firuzan Restaurant, located right at the hotel entrance, offers all the flavors of world cuisine.
Room service is excellent... As you lie in bed, the sea view is right at your feet. The absence of sand flies and black flies in Marmaris shows that the municipality is doing a good job and placing special emphasis on this. I’d also like to thank them for this approach to tourism. We had a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend it to everyone... By the way, the prices are reasonable and standard...

I really regret staying at this hotel. The biggest problem was the air conditioning in the room. The air conditioner was extremely old and hardly cooled at all. It is unacceptable to host guests with such an old and malfunctioning air conditioner. Hot…Other

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We chose this hotel based on its online ratings and photos, and the availability of sunbeds on the beach, but we were very disappointed. Zero welcome. No one accompanied us to the room, no one said welcome. There was no parking available, okay, fine, but when we asked what we could do about the car, we were met with a dismissive response: "It's not our responsibility." Our room had only had the bed linens changed; the spare pillowcase hadn't been changed and still contained sweat and hair strands from the previous guest. The toilet and bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was peeling plaster on the floors, and when I requested another cleaning, they said "it must have fallen from the air conditioner during installation," but it had nothing to do with the air conditioner; the room was literally crumbling. I regret not taking pictures. The air conditioner, which they claimed was repaired, was an old, noisy unit that even in sleep mode was making us sick. When the cleaning lady came again, she wiped the floors with a strongly smelling mop and said the cleaning was done, but I cleaned the toilet myself. I'm on vacation, imagine that. When we got to the beach, we had a real crisis getting a sun lounger. Some people are simply placing their towels on the sun loungers and reserving spots. As we were heading towards the area called "Loca," another couple shamelessly threw their towels into the lodge, and the beach attendant, despite seeing this, remained indifferent. We explained that we had chosen this hotel for this very reason, and he grumbled and reluctantly arranged for two sunbeds. We've practically created extra work for him... The hotel's beach area is next to boats and smells of human waste, most likely the boats are dumping biological waste into the sea. The sea and the room weren't clean, the service was very poor, and the staff were indifferent. You can find the same standards at another hotel for a more affordable price.

I stayed for 4 nights with a seafront room, and with the balcony door closed in the evening the noise outside wasn’t a problem. Staff were lovely, room is compact and balcony small. Would stay again. Breakfast was ok, terrible coffee just pay to have a decent one.

I made double reservation by mistake on the same day, the second one was only 3 hours before i arrived to the hotel, I asked the manager for refund but unfortunately they refuse to give refund for one reservation even though they have 4 rooms left empty in late evening. I felt that I got ripped off. I don’t see there is any reason for not giving refund!

Hotel with excellent value for money.
We stayed for one night. We stayed in a room with a sea view. The room was quite small, to be honest, but it was clean. The view and the beach were nice. There wasn't much variety at breakfast. Other reviews mentioned noise; there's an unpleasant nightclub near the hotel, but I didn't hear any noise at night and we weren't disturbed.
