Best expirience ever!

We made a mistake while booking for the wrong date, came in the middle of the night but Ismal saved our lives! The rooms were perfect, dreamy. And waking up to wonderful view and most wonderful breakfast - it was a dream come true! Ismal was there to make our every wish come true, so if you truly want royal expirience, please visit this place! Best expirience ever!

Mardin, Chain Hotel is the ultimate combination

We stayed at the Chain Hotel on our trip to Mardin from 15 to 19 November. The location is at its best. Right in the middle of the city. On a street above the main artery, 1.street. You’re in the center, 800 meters to the right and 800 meters to the left, and away from street noise. From their staff, Mr. Şeyhmus and Mr. Ismail are very attentive, helpful and supporting on all matters. We loved them as much as Mardin.We're at the Chain Hotel again on our next trip

The location was good, but there is no hotel parking and its diificult logistically.
Room is very small and not really comfortable

Great Mardin experience.

I stayed at this hotel with my family of five .It has great location. it is an old Mardin stone house, the rooms sizes are good beds are clean, service is great.People working there Ismail and Sehmus are very good people and are very helpful if you ask them for help. The location is great,looking from the hotels balcony and rooftops to Mardin Valley is priceless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again.
