Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Miss Natalie for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Worst Hotel in our 14 days in Turkey

The hotel looks grand from a distance. It is well out of town, although there is a pedestrian bridge over the freeway to a shopping area about 1km away. What struck us immediately was very little evidence of staff. Room cards were handed out by our tour leader. The rooms were a good size and the bed was clean and comfortable but that's the end of the positives. While parts of the décor had been replaced the flat grey painted woodwork looked cheap. The bath was, literally, painted and the red tub showed through where it was scratched. Screens have been placed around the bath, cutting off access to the clothes line. We compared the state of our bath doors with others in our group. No one had fully functioning doors which included jammed, hanging off a hinge, not closing correctly, one door missing, both doors missing. The ceiling had water damage. The windows were dirty. The meals were very poor. Someone described it as 'so much food and so little to eat'. Breakfast had two sliced fruits, watermelon and honeydew melon. There were under-ripe, poor quality peaches, There was no yogurt, however, there were 8 varieties of olives. The bread was unusual and there was no conserves to put on it. The dining area has long tables with bus groups allocated to particular tables. There was an open elevator on our floor with part of the internal working having fallen and jammed the door. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Bad choice

Maximum 1 star not more
Unfriendly receptionist
Very old furniture and vanities
Rusty faucet (look at photo)
No tissues in the room
In the shower there are two bottles of shampoo and no shower gel .
Empty refrigerator
Be sure to take adapter with you because they don't have one
My advice don't go there

Staff was very actful and helpful. But the room was average and old fashioned/designed. Our sink was broken and it hasn't let water drainage. Breakfast was adequate and chefs were responsive for guest's requests. I may stay again if the prices drop because these price levels deserve more perfection.

Beautiful hotel

I stayed overnight at this place along the way. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.
