Perfect

The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and lovely, and the staff were helpful. We liked it very much and if we ever come to Konya again, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you.

Hotel that doesn't accept reviews

Hotel that doesn't accept reviews.
They almost beat me up for writing a comment.
Especially the lady at the reception and the man, whose comments we couldn't understand (or rather, what we did understand), ruined all the good things about the hotel.
The bread was stale, and even after we complained, they didn't change it. They gave us a room with a second bed in an office-like place with no air conditioning; it was 30 degrees Celsius, and I had to sleep there. We stayed because we had no choice; otherwise, we would have checked out on the first evening.
Tea, coffee, and fruit juice are served; the hotel is generally clean.

1 night in Konya

We were pleased with the price performance at the hotel we stayed with the family. The room was beautifully cleaned. It was good to be in the center but outside the crowds. Thank you so much for the guler of Sebla, ma'am who works at the restaurant.

Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Room was too hot (28°) when we arrived and the staff didn’t seem too keen on lowering the temperature (though they finally did with a warning that it would be turned back up at night).

Very clean. There is no air conditioning we could control. They control the whole floor at the front desk. It was really hot and uncomfortable, despite 2 calls to the front desk. The restaurant on site for dinner only offered 3 meals despite having a 4 page menu. The best part was our dinner the man at the desk told us about which was off site.
