Good standart hotel

Good customer services, polite and friendly staff. Breakfast included.
We only stopped for a night.
A balcony view where we could see the balloons taking off.
Spacious family room(very simple and standart)
The only downside side was the horrible smell on the toilet .
If you're looking for somewhere cheap but clean to stay then this hotel is for you.!

Not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience during my 3 days stay.
The main issue was the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, which was highly inconvenient. When I inquired about it, the night receptionist was quite rude and unable to provide a valid explanation. The room lighting was very dim, and the bathroom was unpleasant—there was a strong odor from the washbasin, the hanging fixtures were broken, and the rugs in the room were not clean.
Breakfast was the same every day with no variety. There were no fruits, no water or juices offered, which was quite surprising and disappointing.
Additionally, I strongly advise against booking the Green Tour or Red Tour through the hotel. The experience was poor, the tours did not cover the places that were promised, and the guide seemed rushed throughout.

Amazing customer service

I stayed at this wonderful hotel earlier this year with three of my friends. We were treated very well and had a spectacular view. But the greatest service the Peri Cave Hotel provided was that they delivered my phone all the way to Australia! The communication process took a month, yet they remained patient and were incredible to me throughout the entire process. It was the greatest customer service I have ever experienced, and this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Thank you very much to the staff of the Peri Cave Hotel for helping me, and granting me an incredible holiday. Teşekkürler.

Staff / Service was excellent but property condition was awful... smelly room toilet, there was a rubbish dump area at the back of the property also causing bad smell.

Loved it

It is a really lovely place and good hosts who ensured we were comfortable. The place is next to a quaint village where you can have your meals. The rooms are clean, one room is bigger than the rest. If you have large suitcases, you may find it a bit tough
