TERRIBLE! I want a refund.

In a word, terrible! We booked a two-night stay for two couples through an online booking agency, thinking it would be good based on the pictures and reviews. However, as soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by the smell of mold and dampness. The toilet was dirty and the flush system constantly leaked water. Cats were running around in the so-called breakfast area, walking all over the tables; there was absolutely no hygiene. We left after less than 10 minutes and found another hotel. We are now requesting a refund.

My worst accommodation experience!

We had an absolute disaster of an accommodation experience!
First, I want to mention the extremely disrespectful attitude of Ms. Nisa, who works at the reception! Their dismissive, unserious, and indifferent attitude towards the problems we experienced as customers was absolutely unacceptable! As if Ms. Nisa's disrespectful behavior wasn't enough, we also witnessed her smoking indoors on numerous occasions!! This situation is both extremely uncomfortable and clearly inappropriate from a health perspective!
We booked a spacious 3-bed family room online. Upon arrival, they kept us waiting for a long time and tried to direct us to a room completely unrelated to our reservation. We were taken to a different location called "Elif Hanım Konağı," along with all our belongings. The room they showed us was completely different from the one we booked and was in pretty bad condition. When we protested, we were then moved to another room in their mansion, again in a different room but one where they were collaborating. We had no choice but to accept it because the room was bigger. Hygiene conditions were unacceptable. The bed contained hair, fur, and various types of dirt. Even the pillowcases hadn't been changed. The toilet was extremely dirty, even the door was broken! This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we've had recently. We absolutely do not recommend it!!!!

Filling

It was said that the price at check-in and check-out were different, though agreed and paid. We had to pay extra. There are serious difficulties with communication and information. It was not pleasant.

My first impression was very bad. I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one building to another because actually the hotel is about three or four different buildings. It is advertised on one other site, but under a different name, so it was confusing to find it because when I asked about it, no one recognized the name, because generally, it goes by the name on the rival site. I felt like it was bait and switch. I have to say, though, the management was very good about showing me one room after another until I was finally satisfied, although I never did find the room that was in the picture that I had originally really liked. After that, the experience was great, I was finally given Wi-Fi and could apologize and say I wish we had been able to communicate from the beginning so many misunderstandings would not have taken place. I don’t know why it seemed so difficult for them just to give me a password and reception , so that I would feel comfortable telling them my needs. The area was amazingly beautiful.
