My impressions of the hotel are something you should read especially if you're coming from Istanbul.

Room: The room was nice, spacious and airy, and we only stayed for one day.
Food: I want to share an interesting detail because we came from Istanbul, something that those coming from Istanbul aren't used to: there's no dinner at the hotel, but we can order food from other places and they deliver it to our room. However, food orders aren't accepted after 10 PM. Those coming from Istanbul should be aware of this beforehand, as you can't order food after 10 PM if you get hungry. The breakfast was good, but it had some shortcomings. I wouldn't mention it if it wasn't a 4-star hotel, but I think things like pancakes, sausage, Turkish sausage, and clotted cream could be added. However, it's impossible not to get full at breakfast, as it's a buffet. Also, for example, the ingredients of pastries, etc., could be written on a small piece of paper so we can take them more easily, perhaps because we have allergies or don't like a particular food.
Service: They were nice, polite, and attentive; there's not much more to say here. It's also convenient for those arriving by car; we didn't come by car, but there were a lot of car keys at reception.

Room was clean and tidy, in a nice area, however staff are very rude and inhospitable, there are better choices for the price.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful. My only suggestions would be to improve on the breakfasts served every morning. No change each day. Also the programming offered on Television are not catering to English speaking visitors at all. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel, the location is ideal.

Fantastic place to stay. Comfortable beds, staff are nice especially Adnan bay. Many thanks for making our stay very comfortable. Rooms are nice and aircon works well. Breakfast is average but enough to get you going.

A modern hotel with temperature issues

This was the most modern hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Southern Turkey. Contrary to several reviews, we had great hot water in the shower, adequate toiletries, and a good WIFI connection. We do agree, however, that the room was HOT. We could use the AC to cool it down, but when it is only 22 c during the day, it was a surprise. The noise from the very busy street outside means you cannot sleep with the windows open, unless you could sleep through an asteroid crash.
The staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok and the location is good for walking the old town.
