Competence, friendliness, cleanliness

Located in the center of Edirne, a friendly team greets you as soon as you step inside. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. It's impossible to describe the breakfast properly because you won't find anything like it in any other hotel. Everything you can imagine is here in its most delicious form. Its location near the border crossing is particularly good; it's a nice rest stop on the way back home.

Disappointment

Recently, we made a reservation and payment through the most suitable agency, and cancellation was not possible. After a 15-hour journey, when we arrived at our hotel, we were told that we had arrived at another hotel belonging to the group and that our reservation was registered there. Our luggage was reloaded onto the vehicle, and we unloaded it again, thinking we had arrived at our hotel. They were helpful, but we were told again that our reservation was not registered there. I gave them my reservation details from my phone, they confirmed it, but they said our room had been given to other customers and that they didn't have a suitable room for four people in their hotel, only a three-person room. They sent us to Taşhan, another hotel belonging to the group. In short, they brushed us off. Despite paying for four people, we ended up staying in a three-person room there as well. We experienced this humiliating ordeal on top of our exhaustion and wasted our money. We are absolutely not satisfied.

Hotel is located to a bar..we had no rest after travveling for 1000 km..it was loudy untill 1 l.00 am..and there was no excuse from the staff and no other rooms

We chose it because it was affordable.

We chose this place because it was affordable on Booking.com. The hotel is small and clean. They have their own parking lot. We bought it with a breakfast package included. The staff were very helpful. The only issue was the noisy air conditioner in our room; if they take that into account, it's a very nice and comfortable place. The hotel is 3 or 3.5 km from the city center. Hotel prices in Edirne are generally expensive and exorbitant.

Location is opposite the optimo express Erdine station so perfect if you're travelling on from there. Breakfast and staff all good. I found the bed uncomfortable, pillows rock hard and the night light very bright so didn't sleep well.
