Great

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Edirne. First of all, we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a small technical problem when we first entered our room, but they moved us to a more comfortable room. We needed an iron, and they provided one immediately. The breakfast was very good and varied. They offered a wide variety of delicious cookies. Thank you for everything.

Extremely disappointing — absolutely not worth the money!

We stayed at Hilly Hotel Edirne for one night as a family, and unfortunately the experience was terrible. The windows did not close properly, so outside noise could be heard constantly. The shower had no hot water, the room was not properly clean, and during the night it was extremely loud because of the noise coming from other rooms.
What made things even worse was the complete lack of response from the reception staff. We complained about the problems, but our concerns were simply ignored. Apparently, taking our money — around €200 for one night — was much more important than providing a decent service.
For this price, we expected a clean and comfortable room, functioning facilities, and at least basic customer service. We received none of that.
We absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else. There are much better options in Edirne.

Convenient hotel just off the highway with parking and excellent restaurant.
Sound insulation could be better.

Highly Recommendation

We, Bursa Nilüfer Football Club, stayed at Hilly Hotel before the Edirnesport match. First, thank you for being friendly, attentive, and welcoming all of the staff at work, including Mystery, Director of Sales Marketing, and Service Manager Canberk. It''s a hotel where everyone can go and stay with confidence. Would definitely recommend Recommendation for everyone.
