Breakfast was not provided.

On our last day, when we arrived a while before breakfast was almost over, we found that the breakfast had already been cleared away. When we mentioned this upon checking out of the hotel, they said they would have been there if we had told them, but we had no way of finding anyone for breakfast. I reported this as a complaint, but I was told that breakfast was provided and no refund was issued. The hotel has new rooms that are nice, but you might encounter problems like this.

As usual the staff were ultra friendly but unfortunately the room was not cleaned at all nor the bathroom bin emptied during my stay.
I did inform Yusuf on reception on my arrival that there was a water leak in the bathroom and was told it is normal for that room and that i could move room, i declined the offer as i had just unpacked my case and just put down towels on the floor to soak up the water.
The breakfast was buffet style with a choice of eggs( Boiled, Omolette or Eggy bread) hot from the kitchen plus the salad, bread, jam and honey. A tea urn was available but no cold juice.
