We were satisfied.

We were very pleased. There were three of us girls. The only downside was that the street where the hotel was located was bad, with betting shops, barbershops, etc. Apart from that, we were very, very happy with everything.

Excellent hotel !

Excellent hotel, right in the heart of Cesme and very near the sea. The prices are pretty reasonable and the people are welcoming and sympathic. We had a great time.

Very negative experience

Very Negative Experience
I stayed 1 night at the Fountain Grand Faik Hotel and unfortunately the experience was pretty negative.
When I checked in to the hotel at 1 p.m., the room wasn’t ready and I had to wait about half an hour. At this time, when I wanted to leave my suitcase at the front desk, it was not accepted. I walked into the room and saw the cover on the bed dirty. The housekeeper didn’t want to change the blankets by saying they were washed every month, so I had to change them.
The worst was on departure day. Even though I didn’t know that departure time was 12 p.m., it was only 11:50 a.m., when security opened the door of my room and asked me to exit. Entering my room without my permission was both unethical and unacceptable.
The receptionist’s attitude was negative and not solving-focused. Overall, I saw no attention to customer satisfaction. So, I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is terrible. Don't come here!!!!!

We arrived at this horrible hotel early in the morning at 8:00. There was Oguz at the reception, a very nervous and rude type. He didn't check us in right away, and he said it wasn't until 2:00 p.m. We said yes. Then he changed his mind and checked us in at 12:00, even though we didn't ask for room 301 to be untidy. The room is terrible, it doesn't catch the internet at all. When we came in, there was no kettle either, no cups. Called the reception that the Internet was not catching, to which he replied very rudely that he was busy with other guests, even though I was a guest. There's a constant water problem in the room, no pressure, no hot water. As it turned out, they had no water in the city between 11:00 and 09:00 a.m. Although they say breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00. There's no water in time for breakfast. The sewers don't work, water is constantly collected when bathing. We stayed there for five nights, never cleaned the room, never took out the trash. The siphon wasn't working in the toilet. No electricity, hallway has room no. Refrigerator type is , but does not work . Everything that's put in there is rotten, because it's the same temperature as the room. About breakfast, I have to say it's terrible. Breakfast can be said no. In the photo, you can see, every day the same menu doesn't change. There is no buffet. One egg per person, bags of jam, honey, butter one for one person. Which is ridiculous on a plate just two cucumbers and two tomatoes. No fruit at all. Tea and coffee drinks. They don't even put a bottle of water in the room. A lot of people come reading good reviews, but they're not happy. As I learned turns out here the management changed recently, as two to three months. They're like managers at Oguz and Delay's reception, but they don't really do anything. We didn't get a full room change, and we stayed in that awful room until the last. And plus they threatened if you didn't want to leave. After these conversations, we got sick, they came to, like, check on us. Then we asked them for water, they said it for a fee, you have to pay 30 tl. We've totally blindsided their humanity. There's a coffee table at the hotel entrance, there's no cleaning, so much mud, it's disgusting to sit there. It doesn't have air conditioning, and it can be really stuffy. Sitting around waiting for a transfer can be uncomfortable. They keep a street cat on the veranda, touching his hands and then serving breakfast. They also have windowless rooms, they give those rooms to tourists, and then they don't change, like tomorrow. These don't end tomorrow. They also wanted to move us into this windowless room later, but we didn't agree because it's like a prison. One entry card. There were two of us, though. But one card is dealt. If you leave, everything shuts down. That vacation was hell. It's impossible to call it a vacation. The only upside is the location of the hotel. Very close to everything. But unfortunately, that's the only plus of the hotel. I don't recommend this hotel.
