Price-performance ratio

It's a clean hotel with decent value for money, the buffet breakfast is acceptable, and the view is excellent.

3 star king with professional staff, impeccable cleanliness, sea view balcony, homey comfort and central location

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the ÇANAK hotel. First, you’ll need to open a separate parenthesis for the reception team. Specifically, Tamer Bey clearly reflects the professional perspective he has already worked at Istanbul Dedeman Hotel, the quality of service and the guest relationships. It''s well-equipped, solution-centric, and confident in management. The other team members at the front desk work in full coordination, ensuring a fast and smooth process. The operational feed is highly disciplined.
The level of cleanliness and renovation throughout the hotel is remarkable. The rooms are well-maintained, modern, and truly curated with care. The beds and seats in the seating areas are super comfortable, ensuring a high-end experience for relaxation and quality sleep.
Our sea view room and balcony became one of the elements that made the stay special. In the evening, we greeted two of our guests, especially choosing to sit on our balcony with a view of the sea instead of hitting the noisy and smoked bar street. The ambience was calm and enjoyable.
Approximately 30m2 room feels like a “home to live” not only as a hotel room, but even during extended stays. Field usage was extremely successful.
The hotel''s location is impeccably perfect: it''s right in the center. I’m one who’s thoroughly reviewed and found almost all of the three-star hotels in the area, and I’m confident to say that they’re prime in terms of location, amenities, and overall quality. This assessment is not an individual impression, but the result of an informed comparison.
The breakfast area on the top floor offers an upper segment experience again with its overwater feel. Product quality, variety and presentation exceeded expectations.
Plus, the hotel’s playground is an important plus: it makes a serious difference with its billiards, chess, darts, and computer spaces, not just in terms of accommodation, but also in terms of time.
In summary, it''s a comfortable Recommendation that clearly sets itself apart from local hosts in terms of service, location, team compatibility and amenities.

You would do well to avoid this hotel

This is with out a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. On arrival we had difficulty negotiating the steps up to reception however another guest helped my wife with her luggage as no one at reception was at all interested. On checking in the receptionist asked a porter to take or luggage to our room which was done very begrudgingly. On entering our room there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in our non smoking room. It was obvious that the non smoking rule was not policed by the number of burn marks on the wooden furniture. We were tired from a long day of travel so didn't complain but went to the restaurant for dinner. It was closed but should have been open at that time. To give some credit the bed was comfortable but the whole room lacked maintenance with light bulbs missing, etc. On checking out we had the same problem with getting our luggage down the stairs and on asking for help none was given. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The cigarette smell in your room and the damage to the furniture are also definitely not in line with our standards. Our non-smoking rooms are meticulously cleaned and regularly checked. We will review our cleaning processes to ensure that this situation does not happen again.
Technical problems such as the elevator malfunction and lighting deficiencies also negatively affected your comfort. Our technical team is working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

The photos in website are some how different from what you will see. The air conditioner in room didnt function good and the beds are not so good. Breakfast was very simple. and not good ( from my point of view )
