The hotel was really clean. The staff were very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this colorful and fun hotel for families.

A perfect concept hotel where colors come together.

The hotel is really clean. The staff at the reception are very friendly and kind. The hotel's concept is really beautiful and different from other hotels. This is a really nice, uniquely themed hotel, perfect for both business and leisure; I highly recommend it.

A hotel to stay at when in Bursa

Recommendation to stay when in Bursa.
I stayed 1 night for a business trip. When I said I was going far while Reservation, they got a note to make an early room delivery. When I arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m., they waited for half an hour and immediately gave me the room. Thank you very much, Mr Emir, who has helped me with this.
The hotel is well-situated. It''s within walking distance to the subway and bus stop. When you want to get to the center of Bursa, you can take one metro. It’s surrounded by a hot spring, cafes, and a city park.
The room is clean and the view is wonderful. I was able to relax beautifully after the long journey.
The hotel is side-by-side and intimately connected with Sheraton. Or have breakfast there, and the variety was more there.
You can leave your suitcase at departure from the hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for all!

Staff were lovely but the breakfast was not very nice and the fact it was in the next door hotel was annoying had I known that before I would not have booked to stay here as there was no indication of this. The TV did not work and had only a few channels all in Turkish. The A/C was broken as was the hairdryer in the room. The door to the room didn’t feel safe had I been a sole traveller I definitely wouldn’t have stayed on my own. The room being nice and clean and the staff being friendly made it a comfortable stay though. Thank you

This was the the best hotel we have stayed in during our visits to Turkey, I am gutted it was such a short overnight stay. The room was clean and cosy. The aircon kept the room warm. The amenities were spot on. The customer service was impeccable. I really cannot fault this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
The only issue we did have was struggling with parking due to lack of space. Close to shops/restaurants and easy to access motorway.
