Don't be fooled by the reviews.

We stayed for two days as a family. We visited after reading the reviews. But we were disappointed. The cleaning is almost non-existent. Breakfast was extremely poor. Edremit is an olive-growing region, but the worst olives I've ever eaten were at breakfast at this hotel. I received far less quality and service than I paid for.

The view, proximity to the sea, elegant food, the cleanliness of the rooms...the hersey was beautiful

A failure is a joke

I signed in for a 1-night stay at the Karakash Hotel in Burhaniye Ören yesterday (06.05.2025). I was still at the hotel when I filed my complaint. I just had a hard thing to believe. While I was in the room, two hotel employees tried to enter the room despite the red light flashing indicating the room was full. They opened the door and left apologizing for yelling right in. It’s not insensitivity, it’s not business ignorance.
They also didn’t have hot glasses for a hot drink, though there were hot treats in the room. I asked the front desk staff and they finished the shortcut. I added pictures of them in the dust where they put the glasses down the mouth. This is playing with human health.
One of the sheets and pillow cabins was stained. They should not use stained products.
I was going to report my complaints to the hotel until the rooftop doors entered my room, but the glass was filled even after the light went on, pointing out that the room was full.
