HOTEL IS LESS INTERESTED IN MALWITH REVIEWS

Hello,
First, I wish all the guests a good holiday.We were welcomed at the hotel for 3 nights 4 days between January 13-16 and we have been coming for years without hesitation, we have not suffered in any way until now.
Hotel:
Overall, the hotel is luxurious, the employees are friendly, and there are plenty of activities for you to spend time in the lobby and outside.If you need something, there’s a shovel right across the hotel.
Rooms:
Very clean, comfortable enough for a winter vacation, rooms are cleaned daily, water, tea, coffee are added.
Spa&Center-Pool:
The pool was much better year-over-year, clean and warm.The spa has options like Sauna, Hamam, Fitness.
Dishes:
The breakfast is plentiful and varied for every taste, everything fresh and delicious.
For lunch, there are different soups, dishes and desserts each day, and it is delicious and sufficient.
The two have tea time between 4 and 5 p.m. and tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. If you want plenty of options, you can also pick up cakes, bacon, cookies.
For dinner, there was plenty of options.
We had a very enjoyable winter vacation this year,thank you so much for everything Ilgaz Mountain Resort.

Cleaning

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't even give one star for cleanliness; it was very dirty, dusty, the curtains hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and there were cobwebs everywhere. Their hotel is supposed to be five-star... but the apartments they gave to RCI were all dilapidated. A huge disappointment. The area itself is beautiful, in the middle of a forest, with clean air and coolness.

Stay away from the playground

The hotel is good, but the kids' playground is very fraudulent and not trustworthy Don't send a lot of your money to pick up tickets or anything if possible if your kid wants to play, you take the financial action

Very nice property

The hotel is extremely good despite negative reviews. The staff is very attentive. The cleanliness is very good and the good breakfast is nice. Highly preferred.

The intricate parts of the hotel were very unmaintained, the houses were filled with spider nets, it needed to be made more well-maintained and clean.The hotel staff was attentive and focused on solving problems, we were satisfied with the staff, but the houses were left in very bad shape.We wanted to wash the bathroom because the water didn't even run out, so we had to clear the water that caught up with a towel.
