Regret

The elevator malfunction/stuck issue experienced on the first day continued on the second day, raising concerns about safety.
Because it was not possible to approach the hotel by car, the baggage drop-off and check-in process was made difficult.
Service in the lobby area was inadequate; orders were not taken, drinks were delayed, and guests had to serve themselves.
Rainwater was seen leaking from the ceiling at the lobby entrance; measures had been taken to prevent flooding, but it was clear that the ceiling was neglected and needed repair.

Too bad

The receptionist's attitude and extremely sullen demeanor upon arrival at the hotel. The rooms are poorly maintained, and the table and chairs on the balcony are filthy. The sink and bathroom are neglected and dirty. Breakfast was extremely bad and lacked variety. All the guests waited 30 minutes for the bread to arrive, but it never came. We had breakfast without bread. The people we told about the situation never showed any interest. I will never stay there again.

I don't recommend it.

The room air conditioners only heat themselves; we woke up freezing this morning. The breakfast was terrible. The windows are so dirty you can barely see outside, and the rooms don't have balconies due to their design.

Rooms are old. I said let’s take a morning shower and get started. No hot water.
Staff 7 has arrived! I’ve never seen that.
I landed for breakfast. Class 3. The variety and quality of cheese must be improved. Egg must be 0 class.

Think again

Room cabins must be refurbished. Must be clean. The curtain and seat are too old and worn out to be used.The smoke is high.The room is better than a click. But the hotel should be fully absorbed.
