Amazing hotel with fantastic staff

We spent 11 days in this hotel, and we definitely will come back again :) the whole area is nice and clean, and the view from the restaurant and top bar is wonderful. There were always free sun beds on the beach and the pool area, what was surprising because were lot of guests in the hotel. The location is also very good, the port and the city is close.
And the staff…all of them were really friendly, hard working, and always ready to help you. The service in the pool and beach bar was excellent.
The only little minus is the animation team. It was a little bit poor, but because of the location (many opportunities to have fun in the city) we didnt care.
We would like to say huge thank you to this holiday, I hope we will see you soon ☺️

Another wonderful holiday. As always a warm welcome. The staff is fantastic. High service. The hotel is clean and nice. Could not wish me a better holiday in Alanya.

Panorama Hotel - never disappoints

Panorama Hotel - 14 lovely days in a good environment.
Good service of Hülya Özel before arrival with our rooms. The level of service on the food/drink section has been greatly boosted after Mahmat has taken over the part. Virtually no waiting time for food and drink and always served with a smile. May also highlight Sayma in the pool bar, what a service.
Cleaning in room 409 and 410 was perfectly in top. Nice and clean in the hotel. We will definitely come back. The only small minus is the increasing number of guests from Eastern Europe

Fantastic spa at Panorama Hotel Alanya,

We have been staying at the hotel for many years, and we absolutely love it. One thing we want to highlight is the staff and not least their spa area it is the best we have ever experienced, and special owners Ibrahim and his uncle, 100% recommendation from here.

Best hotel with great location

We come here at the hotel twice a year for the last 10 years. Great staff, clean and nice and the best service. Directly on the beach in the center of alanya. We always have 14 days and the best of all is massage every other day in the Panorama spa. Really skilled massagers and well-being from top to toe. Prima. Of course, the holiday always starts with Hamam which is booked in advance by contacting the spa department.
