Nice holiday

We were very pleased with our vacation at Cleopatra Beach Hotel. The hotel’s location is fantastic, being just a few steps from the beach is a huge advantage. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The food was excellent and there were different entertainment options every day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free vacation. See you again!

Nice beach holiday despite rather bad hotel

The proximity to the beautiful Cleopatra beach has convinced!
The hotel itself is very old, is very noisy. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired despite tips.
Eat so lala. Rather bad than right.
Costs hidden everywhere!
Alanya and Cleopatra beach yes, the hotel rather no longer.

I do not recommend choosing this hotel for leisure.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Holidaying with family and child at this hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel at 12:30, we were told to wait until 2:00, suggesting we go to lunch. After waiting to check in, we were escorted to a room... (Have settled on the 1st floor overlooking another hotel without even seeing a patch of sea. The room was next to the hotel bar where the music was pounding. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the sand was sticking to his feet. Total upset.) Contacting the hotel receptionist, the answer came, we will not change anything, there are no other places for us. The argument that we had a baby and couldn't sleep because of the big noise from the bar didn't bother the manager, supposedly all the rooms were taken. The receptionist's name was Veli - (This man is a bum with a nervous tic, he didn't even want to listen, no offer, citing that you paid for such a room yourself. It was clear that the hotel has many rooms available, and this Veli deliberately does not want to solve the issue of relocation by moving into the most uncomfortable room - corruption). It has also been seen how special the staff has to do with EU residents - sucking up and sucking up, trying to favour themselves at all costs, to the detriment of sincerity and honesty, it creates an atmosphere of phony and reduces trust. The food in the hotel, not bad and not good - there was meat, fish, fruit vegetables. A bad smell comes from the kitchen in the room itself. There was enough food for everyone, but there were never enough glasses at the bar, poured into 0.2 litre plastic glasses - come 5 times to drink a drink full of trash. After a week, everything was eaten and eating there was no longer like, no variety. From the pleasant, this location of the hotel, close to the sea, convenient, but the hotel itself is not splendid with this. Once every 4 days, the hotel hosted an animation in the form of dances – in fact this show is not worth attention, the performance was arranged for the sake of luring to the store. I do not advise anyone to visit this hotel, and I would like the hotel management to pay attention not to the negligence of the staff and to make drastic changes.

Holiday review

Kleopatra Beach Hotel offered an experience that exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel, the attentiveness and warm approach of the staff were truly commendable. Waking up to the sea view in the morning was a special treat. The food was fresh and delicious, and the common areas were very well maintained. We felt relaxed and peaceful throughout our holiday. We thank our guide who organized the entertainment. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Alanya. Massage at hotel was good.

Good holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at Kleopatra Beach Hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the sea and the city center. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was delicious and varied. Being close to the beach is a huge advantage; you can easily attend parties and entertainment here. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Alanya. It’s a hotel we would definitely choose again. Thank you, Kleopatra Beach Hotel.
