Great boutique hotel for rest and relaxation
Perfect room size (we had the terrace room next to the pool)
Perfect hotel size- we were right at the front so we could easily get to the lobby and front of the hotel in seconds
Quiet at night so we could sleep well
A short walk to the main town so I could get steps in lol
Grocery store was right next door
Cons
The bathroom had a frustrating sink size and no counter space so you had to do makeup and hair in the other room
Quiet at night- we could not swim in the pool late at night (open from 8a to 8p). We also couldn’t chat in our room loudly and went outside to talk.
A short walk to the main town so you couldn’t just roll up into town quickly
TLDR: if you want a quiet hotel that is away from the hustle and bustle from the busy town center, this one is great, if you want a party hotel that stays up late and you can be drunk and noisy, this one is not great lol
Breakfast:
Very fresh, instead of a buffet, they cook and bring stuff out to you. Good mix of cheese, omelet, breads and yogurt. Loved it

Decoration and design of the reception area is nice, patio and dining room are tastefully decorated.
Breakfast is good and staff is attentive.
The guest house/boutique hotel has some major flaws such as:
1-No elevators- I felt sorry for the staff carrying the suitcases up and down the spiral staircase
2-Rooms-are very small, poorly design, storage space is very odd, you don’t have enough space to get organized.
To make the room smaller the platform bed sticks too much to the sides and you have to walk around carefully to avoid bumping into it and hurting yourself.
3-Bedroom lighting- omg light bulbs are in a orangey tone thankfully the staff changed one of them so I can apply my make up.
4- Location- the boutique hotel is located in a residential neighborhood with easy access to the main road. If you want to go to the beach is about 5 miles. FYI there some commercial businesses around the area as well.
Also I have to mention that the staff only speaks Turkish except 1 person that was able to speak few words in English.
