Don’t listen to these other Reviews, this place is GREAT!!!

I think this is the best choice if you want to cook yourself and just have an appartment yourself. Don’t listen to all these weird reviews, this place is great! We are staying here for a month and we are having so much fun, good TV to watch Netflix at the end of the day, long walks during the Antalya Lara Beach and a cool area inside which looks absolutely beautiful, also a swimming area outside.
Overall the best choice we could ever made.

Fantastic stay

We had a lovely stay I was abit worried about some of the reviews... But the hotel was beautiful with little cafe gym and spa. The apartment hugh spec with air fryer toaster and all the condiments. We appreciated the sachets of coffee tea sugar salt pepper paprika. Good location the beach across the road. The only thing that would have been good was if they had a proper cot as the one supplied my baby could not sleep in as it was more like a play pin.
Spa downstairs the lady was fantastic but you have to really negotiate prices otherwise it can be expensive but the quality of great.
Some of the lifts where not working before guest check-in would be good if they told guest which lifts where in working order to use.
Other then that really great apartment clean and high spec

Correct establishment

When you arrive , do not expect to be received by someone at Welcoming, there is never anyone.
Upon arrival in the room , we had the right to visit the apartment . We noticed the lack of cleaning but no one came to clean.
Apart from that, the apartment is very spacious and well equipped.
If you do not take the cleaning option, you will not have a change of towel during your stay.
The pool is quite large , there were 4 slides but only 3 functional.
I understand the comments indicating that there was not enough deckchairs but having gone out of season I did not encounter this problem.
Regarding breakfast , it was presented to us as being buffet , which is not the case at all. It is the same breakfast served every day, which is a negative.

Very bad experience and low standard

Very low standard in both hotel and rooms, we rented the “suite”.
No service, no staff - ever, no cleaning or new towels during 1 week visit. No one speaks any English, very difficult to communicate. No cleaning equipment in the apartment, so no way to self clean.
Pool area very dirty and smells sewers around the area. Half of the gym is broken or unsafe to use, no AC. Lack of alternatives to eat and drink.

Disgusting attitude of LCD administration towards owners and tenants

In a week, the gate broke and it's fixed for 6 days in front of us, all the water was turned off (heat 40 in the shade) and no one tells when the water will be (come to the seaside, cool), the lift broke, etc. And the interesting thing here is they sell apartments, objectively they are not needed for nothing
