Wonderful stay in beautiful Eğirdir. More people need to visit this hidden gem of a city in Türkiye. Mehmet abi and his wife are amazing hosts. We had a mixup with our reservation (my fault) and he took care of it with no questions asked. Breakfast on the terrace is beautiful. We're looking forward to our next visit to Hannapart Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of foods to choose from

Nice and clean apartment hotel in a good location, close to many great places and beautiful scenery. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast sufficient and tasty. I really recommend the place.

Far from hospitality...

On my way home from our long drive trip, I booked a night of Reservation on the hotels.com app. My wife and son arrived at the hotel around 4 p.m. The front desk gentleman told us that we could have canceled the reservation because we were late. I canceled that I didn’t see the email because we were on the go, but let him know it wasn’t important. I told them if there were rooms available, we wanted to see the room and decide based on it. After that, the gentleman changed his attitude, saying in a rude language that if he would like me not to show a room because I made a Reservation like an app, I could pay him and look into the room. I was surprised to say why I couldn’t look at the rooms because it’s the first time I’ve encountered such rudeness at a hotel. As I understand, I’ve also read from other reviews that they have a sense of bookings made from apps and showing rooms in advance. I left the hotel either patiently and not down to the gentleman’s level. Whatever happened, I wanted to write these with the idea that rudeness shouldn’t be the reason for rudeness. I don’t think this untruth in an event that can be resolved by speech will fit in humanity and craftsmanship. Thanks for proceeding and arriving at home a day early. We’ve got it as a property I won’t get past. Regards...
