We rested and felt refreshed
Our bodies and souls rested... we both relaxed and had fun
The thermal water was really, really good, we definitely recommend it.
The garden was beautiful, and the hammocks and swings were lovely.
A wonderful setting for reading a book...
Our room was constantly being called, asking if we needed anything. When asked how our vacation was going... we never felt alone.
The hotel was very crowded, but we still left very satisfied... we will definitely come again soon, thank you Oruçoğlu family

It's beautiful, but some shortcomings are annoying.
I'm writing down the positive and negative points about the hotel we'll be leaving soon so that those who want to come can make their decision accordingly.
First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean. It's already one of the hotels famous for its cleanliness, and it fully deserves that reputation.
The number of pools seems sufficient, but it's also true that they are crowded.
The food is delicious; especially the bakers, whoever they are, they do a fantastic job.
Although the facility is half-board, they provide really nice snacks, which surprised me; they really did a good job.
There's plenty of space for children. Inflatable castles, mini clubs, entertainment. Free Playstations, table tennis, etc. are great.
Now let's look at the negative aspects. What does it mean, for example, not to serve drinks at dinner? It's so obvious they're doing this for extra money; far from hiding their intentions, they even have staff coming to sell drinks from a car. This is unacceptable for a hotel like this. They don't normally dispense carbonated drinks from vending machines; you get fruit juice, tea, and coffee, and they've covered those up or something, which is just not good. Meal times are also designed to get customers to spend money. Breakfast between 7-10, then a light lunch between 16-17, and dinner between 19-21. Don't give them anything between 10 and 16, but then dinner comes out two hours later, is that it? That malicious intent is one factor that put me off the hotel. Another issue is that because there are no plates left for customers who arrive later at the meal, the staff are on alert and as soon as a plate becomes empty, they rush in saying, "I'll take it if it's available." They even asked "Are you still eating?" when my plate was only a quarter full :) This constant monitoring thing is also very disturbing. Imagine, the whole hotel is missing a plate :) I mean, literally missing something.
Constant monitoring exists in swimming pools as well. Swimming caps are mandatory in the pool, okay, but there's also a constant whistle. You! Put on your bonnet, you! Where's your bonnet? One person says you don't need a swimming cap on the slide, another says wear your cap. My daughter was traumatized too, because I forgot to get my bonnet after going down all those stairs," she said. I didn't see anything that looked like nightlife. There's such a thing as a DJ night. We, as guests, filled the venue. A staff member opens a playlist on a laptop and changes songs, that's all All the young people said, "We used to do that in our rooms too."
The surrounding green areas and hammocks are lovely, but I don't know if it's the hotel's fault, but when you sit there for 10 minutes, instead of 20, the mosquitoes are burrowing holes; you're getting bitten twice a minute!
The staff are generally very helpful and friendly, but when I went down to the cafeteria for lunch at 9 PM, there were naturally no empty tables left; people were already packing up their belongings and a new table was being set. There's no problem with that. The person in front of me ordered a table, then my wife pointed to another table and I looked at her as if to say, "Could you set a table here too?" and she started complaining. Thank God my wife didn't hear, and I pretended not to notice. I said they might be overwhelmed by the workload, and we continued. It only happened once, but just so you know, my wife would have caused an argument if she had heard.

We were disturbed and received no intervention.
We checked in today and spent time by the pool with the two children. In the hotel, which was mostly frequented by families, a man pulled his sun lounger in front of the one where I was sitting with my children, in a very awkward manner. My wife came and warned this person who was getting too close and behaving in a disturbing way. After the argument, he pulled his sun lounger over to the one next to another family and smoked continuously. Then he got into the pool and swam as if he was constantly following our children, his staring and behavior making us extremely uncomfortable. I asked the lifeguard for help with this, and she said she would send male staff, but they just watched from a distance, and we left the place incredibly frustrated. She received no warning for her behavior, nor was she contacted regarding her sun lounger or any complaints about the disturbance. When we explained the situation to the gentleman at the pool entrance desk, he responded indifferently and dismissively, popping chickpeas into his mouth and saying, "Yes, we know," which shocked us. I've considered all the positive reviews about the establishment, and I don't think it fits this profile at all. After everything that's happened, I highly doubt it, but I will update my comment if there are any further developments regarding this matter. Otherwise, I would recommend it to families who are hoping for a pleasant atmosphere.

It was a great experience, thank you.
The staff are wonderful, the food is very good, it's clean and hygienic, the pools are adequate and very good, we would choose it again every year, we are now at Orucoglu Thermal.

We wanted to come back to the same hotel this year as we did last year, but we couldn't understand why the prices had increased so much. I absolutely do not approve of this; it's unusual to increase prices like this when there's no change in the service provided. I'm boycotting it!
