Excellent Accommodation and Pleasant Atmosphere

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The cafe next door adds a nice touch; it's ideal for spending enjoyable time. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The Worst Hotel in Sakarya

If you want to waste your money and be humiliated, this is the perfect place for you. I copied and pasted this review from Google because a business like this won't improve, but hopefully some people will stop booking.
-Despite the room being locked, the staff barged in and continued to show the room to the customers.
-The food is stale and there's not much variety.
-The staff are indifferent and customer satisfaction is zero.
-The rooms are not clean and have a layout reminiscent of a dorm room; you can even hear sounds from the two rooms next door.
+Its location is central and easily accessible.
It is particularly scandalous and a security breach that staff could enter a locked room and then walk out as if nothing happened. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; no one in their right mind would book a reservation. Add a little more money and choose hotels that prioritize better customer satisfaction.

Worst hotel experience ever

We made a Reservation from Belgium to stay with my wife from March 13 to 16, 2026. When we walked into the hotel at night, we were told there were no rooms available at the hotel, and they gave us a rooftop room that they said hotel staff were staying.
The walls in this room were seriously bullied, and the room had a heavy stink and smell of sewage. For health reasons, we were unable to stay in this room, so we had to leave the hotel around 00:30 a.m. and go to another hotel and paid PLN 6,600 extra.
When we spoke with the hotel owners, we said that we didn’t request a refund, just that we were going to stay in a room with no routine on March 15 as part of the stay we paid for and head to the airport in the early morning, and we were responded positively.
But when we arrived at the hotel on March 15th, the front desk person said we could not check in. We called the police and the hotel manager came in. The hotel manager spoke to us and the police in a very unrespectful and aggressive manner. He used very rude, insulting terms against my wife.
He tried to take my phone away when I wanted to list what happened. After this incident, we went to the police station and told them about the situation.
Briefly:
• A room was given with serious hygiene issues
• Accommodation agreement not met
• Extremely unrespectful toward customers
A photo and video record of how the room and hotel manager treated me and my spouse will be shared with the available and appropriate authorities.
This experience was terrible for us. Recommendation for those considering a stay at this hotel.
