Low quality

The room equipment is of very low quality; e.g. when taking a shower the whole bathroom is filled with water, the bed is noisy, the garbage bins are broken, The toiletries are refilled in the hotel with bad quality products, the windows of the room are broken and do not close properly, which makes the room very noisy.... The breakfast is ridiculous with one croissant and one boiled egg!! Nevertheless the worst thing is the welcome at the reception by the lady in charge. We stayed in this hotel twice already and we still could not get this lady to welcome us better or more adequately; e.g. she decided to keep our passports with her until we pay the room charge (which we should do at check-out).

Disappointed

vey bad experience on this hotel, the breakfast is very little, only 1 crossaint and 1 boiled egg plus coffee and orange juice, breakfast did not change on 10 days we stayed. no other option. No food to order. I dont recommend this hotel. very far from restaurant. The manager/owner is bad, too noisy, always shouting on her staff,. Staff are polite and hospitable. Rooms are clean. Dont expect more on breakfast. Internet slow. No kettle for coffee. There is electric cooking range but they will not allow you to cook(crazy).

Se ve que las fotos son de hace mucho tiempo, pues el hotel ya no se parece mucho con el aspecto actual; aunque reservamos 3 habitaciones, nos acomodaron en solo 2 habitaciones, faltaban toallas, bajé por ellas y no tenían, me pidieron esperar para que llegaran de la lavandería, faltaban sábanas y cobijas, no había un solo vaso, a pesar de que las habitaciones tienen cocina.
Nos fuimos pasando la primera noche y pues como era de esperarse, no obtuvimos reembolso por la noche faltante.
El personal fue amable y siento que reaccionaron con pena, tras la falta de las toallas y sábanas.
En general, no lo recomiendo.

L'emplacement à revoir

J'avais un rdv avec un groupe d'amis à El Manar mais j'ai fais un passage devant le lieu du RDV il ya tout simplement impossible de parker sa voiture vraiment horrible et il ya bcp de choses à revoir pourquoi ne pas mettre un voiturier par exemple sachant que j ai fais demi tour

Worst hotel de ma vie/ pire hotel ma vie A EVITER A TOUT PRIX

Aucun point positif et que de négatif
Emplacement mauvais à côté de l'autoroute donc beaucoup de bruit tout le long de la journée
Chambre sale cafard dans les wc et draps sales
Petit-déjeuner très limite
Personnel incompétent et de très mauvaise foie
Nous avions 4 jours nous avons plier les bagages apres 1 nuit
