Hotel mediocre with terrible service. I asked for a bottle of water but they refused. Catastrophic Service

Terrible bad.
A 4 star that deserves 1. We stopped for flight delay. Really rundown without air conditioning. Terrible heat with sun exposure. Loud street noise, doors slamming in the corridors and an unclear engine. Dirty sheets. Avoid carefully

A decent hotel.
Although it's not centrally located, it's only a 15-minute walk from the medina and other tourist attractions.
Although its stately air is evident, this hotel has seen better days and would greatly appreciate a thorough renovation to bring it up to Western standards.
Their breakfast is somewhat monotonous due to the lack of variety, although it is adequate.
All in all, it's not a bad option for accommodation given its good value for money.
