Superb property
Perfect room and very clean
Very warm welcome from all the staff and the person of Security, to the little care for us
A very varied choice delicious for breakfast.
I highly recommend Hotel El Oumara.
(I will be with you on June 8 and 9 and leave on the 10th (please save me a room with 1 queen bed )

The staff were excllent very helpful and courteous . The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. On the negative side the common areas need maintenance and cleaning specially the lifts were filthy. The bathrooms in both rooms had leaks leaving the floor slippery and there were no slippers.

Small, clean, top location

Small hotel in Tunis Centre-ville. Top location to explore Tunis on foot. Near train station. Clean, typical rooms. Great mattresses, could sleep mega without back pain. Staff unbeatably nice! Thank you!

Best point is the friendly reception manager always available to help. Location is good, near train station and avenue Bourguiba. Medina main gate is 15/20 minutes walk. However at night the area is not that nice as there is nothing to do, badly-rated restaurants, and quite dark.
The bad part is that the hotel is very noisy as the doors and walls are very thin so I could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. The elevator makes a very loud bell noise every time it opens and it is so annoying. The cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30am to ask me when they can clean the room. ATTENTION: loud mosque nearby will wake you up at 4am every night with call to prayer. Breakfast not that good.

Mattress to change

Clean and personal hotel with little care.
The only problem was the bedding. The mattresses were "dead" and worn out. You could feel the springs, so you couldn't sleep.
The bedspreads were old. For a 3 star, we were a little disappointed anyway.
