Deplorable experience from the first night. So-called 4 star hotel, but nothing justifies it. Unpleasant staff, water cut, very poor breakfast with poor quality products. The pool was empty, without any explanation.The bedding is uncomfortable, impossible to sleep well. We were told that there was parking, but there was no parking. And when I claimed, I was just told: “You can get your money back and you leave.” No consideration for the customer. I would definitely not recommend.

Hi Everybody It's me again after long absent Marina Prestige Hotel is located in Tabarka Tunis nice, I had a Double Room on Third floor No:312 for a 2 nights in 25-27/10/ 2024 , room were nice, comfortable , Clean,With a gift from Hotel a fruit plate Nice breakfast & Nice diner The bathroom was nice, Staff was friendly specialy Mr:Osama,free WI-FI ,close to the Sea, there are a lot of Coffee, Restaurants , Very good value, I recommend… Salah

To avoid

Apart from serine horrible reception of the second receptionist.it is very unpleasant.hotel with very old bed room and mattresses as in prison very embarrassing noises.
Presence of mandatory property owner to correct these employees
