The staff make this hotel a very special place!
I can totally see why people fall in love with this place and return again and again! It's the staff that make it so special - they are the most genuine, kind, hardworking people. Said in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure our family group had a table to sit together in the restaurant each evening and even decorated it beautifully on our last night. The service in all bar/ restaurant areas was impeccable - how on earth do the staff remember everyone's drinks??
The food was delicious, so much to choose from! We visited the Pool snack restaurant every lunch, I can honestly say the fish amd chips were the best I've ever had. Special mention to Muhammad who was so attentive to us. Our last day was his day off, which was a shame as it wasnt quite the same without him there!
The hotel itself is lovely and spotlessy clean thanks to the hard working cleaning staff, and the view from the rooms takes your breath away every time you open the curtains! A few updates are needed in the rooms such as replacing damaged furniture and re-grouting bathroom tiles but these are minor issues that don't impact your stay. Towels are refreshed daily if you wish and smell lovely but many are stained especially the pool ones. I hope these will be replaced over time, but again this is a very minor thing.
I have to mention the lovely lady that cleans and mops the floor in the restaurant each evening during dinner service- she was the sweetest soul and we can't remember her name!
We travelled as a family group, including our 16 year old daughter. As the hotel is 16+, we knew she'd be one of the youngest guests, however she loved the chilled vibe and was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff, especially Moki and Aziz from the entertainment team who took her under their wing and got her joining in with everything!
The entertainment programme has something for all ages/ interests/ energy levels, and the evening shows were fantastic especially the Fantasy show and Oriental show!
The beach has the softest white sand, and the sea is very calm. The locals who swim in the sea are very friendly to guests too. Be aware there are some jellyfish but they only give a tiny sting that wears off after a few minutes! The security staff are helpful and made us feel very safe, especially when we walked along the beach at night.
Some may not agree with this, but don't be afraid to travel here as a group! We were worried after we'd booked and it then became apparent that this is set up as more of a couples hotel, in fact we almost booked elsewhere but thank goodness we didn't! We didn't feel out of place, mainly thanks to the accommodating staff.
Some guests were rude to the staff which was upsetting to witness. There are some who reserve sun beds at 5am which I can't understand as there are plenty to go around, and who needs to be right at the pools edge when the grass area is just as lovely?? There were also a few guests who made it clear that they disapproved of my daughter being there, as though the presence of a younger person was offensive to them! However we ignored them and talked to some lovely guests who were happy to get to know us all!
Thank you to all at TUI Blue Scheherazade, I wish i could remember the name of every single staff member that looked after us, you are all amazing people!

Fabulous Holiday
This was our first time at this lovely hotel,and I can see why there are so many returning guests. We have been to Tunisia many times in the past but this is the best hotel. It's spotlessly clean and the food is great. Such a good choice. We particularly enjoyed lunch at the snack restaurant by the beach. Thanks to Darli,Muhammad Amine, and Golli, excellent staff, always looked after us well. Yazid our waiter on the beach,keeping us hydrated with drinks, and Bilel who is on the beach from about 5am raking the beach and making sure its always clean. They all work hard . Our waiter in the main restaurant Mehdi, after our first morning always knew what we liked and we didn't have to ask for coffee or water. Also Mustafa our waiter in the evening. Our cleaner Nawel was excellent, leaving our room looking lovely every day. Thank you to all the staff at this beautiful hotel for making our holiday special. We have already booked to return next year.

What an amazing place.
Beautiful place, clean and all the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable (only thing I would say is never any milk for the tea and coffee) the pool staff worked incredibly hard to make sure you were well hydrated and comfortable. The life guard would spot you in the morning and make up your subbed. Even move your umbrella to keep you in the shade through the day. The pool waiters were also very friendly and helpful. You would get your drinks fresh to your sunbed with a smile and a chat. All in all what an amazing experience we had that made our anniversary celebration even more memorable

Amazing hotel
This is our 2nd time here. And will definitely return.
Location is great with a short flight from Glasgow and a 30 min transfer from airport.
Nothing bad or negative to say. Food is varied and great. Gardens are grounds kept pristine. Rooms kept clean with plenty water supplied and fresh towels daily.
++ praise goes to all the staff. They are very attentive and always super friendly. With this being my 2nd visit I was amazed at how the staff remembered us instantly which was also a fantastic touch.
While we were there, there was a unusual heatwave which was very powerful the last few days, again 5star staff on the ball with plenty water or refreshments available.
Will definitely be returning and would fully recommend.
