Great value for money

Great location, lovely food, great animation team. Pool is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Our room was a family room - lots of space and great air con. There is little noise which does not disturb at all.

Avoid at all costs

Absolute nightmare of a hotel. Do not waste your time or money. The hotel is not up to any standard what so ever. The staff at reception won’t help with anything. On arrival we complained that our air con wasn’t working and they replied simply there is nothing we can do. It’s been 40+ degrees this week. When asking if we could keep our room later on day of checkout we were told no as they were fully booked which is fair enough as they assured us we would have somewhere to shower before leaving. When time came to shower they took us to the indoor pool and told us to shower in there. No towels and the shower was absolutely infested with ants and other bugs the children would not shower in there and nor would I expect them too. When I showed them the shower they said sorry we don’t have nothing else and then just ignored me for 5 minutes whilst speaking to each other in they’re own language I asked for a manager and they told me there wasn’t one here and that one won’t be coming. The food was below average and you’d spend most of the time in queues for the food and it would take atleast twenty minutes to get a drink. There is two bars in the hotel and one on the beach small bars and one person serving at all times. Constantly queuing for drinks and food. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Stay away!!

Great value for money and lovely hotel on a lovely beach

Hotel is really beautiful and plenty of space for everyone. The food is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are basic but kept very clean and a minor problem we had to we sorted quickly. Loved the daytime activities and the staff could not do enough for you. Would definitely recommend

Overall experience

I lovely hotel and they sorted problems quickly , animation team very friendly and we loved the yoga and water aerobics , Kalou is especially friendly and good at his job
