I had the pleasure of talking to Picasso during my stay, and I found him to be a very friendly and pleasant person. He is a great companion and a very good conversationalist. He was always kind, helpful, and professional, and I could see that he takes his job seriously and does it very well. It was a real pleasure meeting him and having the opportunity to talk with him.

Beautiful stay at Castille
My husband and I just spent an excellent 6-day stay at the Castille hotel in Djerba. This is a place we recommend without hesitation.
The staff is truly attentive and does everything to ensure that we have a good time. Regarding meals, the food is of very high quality; we thoroughly enjoyed it. Moreover, all the common areas are very clean and well-maintained.
Our room was spacious, simple, and without fuss, which is very much appreciated. The only area for improvement concerns the bedding: the mattresses and pillows were really too hard for us.

The best hotel
Very good hotel. I love it so much Here. Everything is very clean and all the people that work Here are so friendly. The cleaning woman are so friendly and clean good. The animation team is so Nice. In the restaurant good food and good service. Everything very good here! The fotographer makes very good pictures, you can ask to take pictures and later you choose if you want and only pay for those you want. The pictures are wonderful. I Will come back! I am currently staying at the Hotel Djerba Castilla and I want to share a sincere experience.
The staff is remarkable: welcome, catering, cleaning, entertainment... all are professional, available and respectful. I've been in Djerba for over 30 years, and I can say that this property is among the best value for money. I give him a score of 9/10 without hesitation.
Of course, as everywhere, there can be imperfections. When I arrived, my room was not suitable for me. I talked about it at reception, and the solution was found immediately. What really matters is the ability to listen and react.
On the other hand, I would like to react to some recent opinions, particularly towards the head of animation, whom I have known for years. He is a man of character, yes, but also a fair and loyal person. The excessive criticism I read deeply affected me.
It reminds me of a very simple story, but full of truth:
A father and son leave with a donkey.
On the first day, the father climbs on the donkey while the son walks. Passers-by criticize: “What a cruel father, making his child walk!”
The next day they reverse: the son goes up, the father walks. People then say: “What a disrespect, this son who won’t let his father go up!”
The following day, they both climb on the donkey. New review: “Poor beast, they exhaust him!”
So, the next day, they both decide to walk next to the donkey. And again, the remarks fall: “What idiots, they have a donkey and do not use it!”
Conclusion: no matter what you do, some will always find fault.
And that is exactly what I see today.
Some people criticize systematically, without retreat, without measure, sometimes without even seeking dialogue.
Respect goes both ways.
You can’t expect impeccable service if you don’t respect the people who work.
Over the years, I’ve seen customer behavior that is sometimes inappropriate towards staff. And yet, the teams remain professional and dignified.
What's the matter? It happens. Everywhere.
But here we listen to you and find a solution.
Publishing a notice to destroy someone, on the other hand, can have very real consequences. Behind every comment, there are people, jobs, lives. And hotel managers sometimes find themselves having to make difficult decisions under pressure.
I find this deeply unfair.
For my part, I will continue to come with pleasure. Because this hotel is based on a humane, committed and respectful team.
The disgruntled French please stay at home and do not come to tarnish and smear men in the generic sense of the word unjustly,many French ask hotel staff to be ordained,I would say this start especially to be you,I am angry and deeply affected by the mediocrity of man,the person who left this destructive opinion I hope that throughout her life she can look in a mirror may what she verifies will only be a shadow of her mediocrity and wickedness,thanks for reading me,
