After discovering Home Hotel 2 years ago, it has been our go to hotel in Taipei. We have stayed in this hotel every year since discovering it. The reception staff are friendly and efficient, rooms are cleaned well everyday and you cannot beat the location. You'll be in the center of the shopping district of Xinyi - multiple malls and departments stores around you. So many dining options, access to public transportation is a few minutes walk away. It is so easy to get tax or grab too. Taipei 101 is a few hundred meters away. We are always going to be staying at Home Hotel all the time now.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. However, all of the compensation card (like we had a power outrage and got a 400NTD gift card ONLY valid to the drink bar that opens later in the day)

Friendly staff and clean facility. I am out most of the time so didn't get to enjoy the facility much. Overall, I am a low maintenance person, and I have a good experience.

Great location close to everything, helpful staff, however in a night club area, lots of noise from party goers till wee hours in the morning……. Especially if staying on a weekend. Ask for a high floor.
