Sort of okay…
Sort of ok… a big complex hotel, a bit rundown. Insufficient light in the room. Okay, bad but pretty old furniture and not top-notch bathroom. Not the most convenient area and lack of restaurants and shops nearby. I would only recommend it if it’s a very good price.

This hotel amenities were excellent, their breakfast floor was amazing, and excellent service all around. We also appreciated the lobby with daily water and snacks. They showcased a beautiful rose stone display in the lobby, adding to the nice ambiance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that the desk chair was a bit uncomfortable for me, but my husband liked it. Great hotel, walking distance to the department store; a bit further to the stone and night markets, but reasonable. Staff was great--stored our luggage and called taxis for us.

What a surprise and an impeccable stay at the Wyndham Ramada Encore Hualien with exceptional team and property
This is by far one of the very best bang-for-the-buck Wyndham properties world-wide. The check-in process was extremely smooth and recognized the Wyndham Diamond Status and provided the suite upgrade for the 3 nights. This is my very first time staying at this Wyndham property… but the overall experience has nothing short of exceptional and beyond amazing.
The executive was exceptional with a corner room with nice view to the cities. And there is expresso coffee machine inside the room with 4 different flavors. And the bed is also extremely comfy with dual controlled air-conditioning units.
The front desk staff are extremely professional and truly understand the VIP status of a Wyndham Diamond member. I can’t not be more impressed for the lady and the other gentleman who assisted me checking in Friday afternoon. They are just awesome and true asset to the Ramada Encore Hualien and to Wyndham.
This is a great hidden Gem of the Wyndham properties world-wide. And Hualien is an extremely coastal city and this Wyndham propriety is positioned strategically very close to the city center. Despite this is my very first visit to this property, but I am 100% sure I will return with family and friends from the USA.

Everyone’s in this hotel is amazing, the night shift manager speak fluent English super friendly with high class treatment to us , I really can’t thanks them enough for their kindness, I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone coming to hualian Taiwan , my baby boy enjoyed the kids area and there was a free snacks bar !!! It was my wife birthday and we celebrated unforgettable nights at this hotel thanks for everyone
