Clean and spacious

The family room at P&F Hotel was unusually spacious than typical hotel rooms in Taiwan. It was also pretty modernized and clean. It's located at the old part of Taichung, very close to Taichung Old Railway Station and The Second Market. The breakfast was free, with choices of traditional Chinese and modern western styles. My room had a small window but we could barely use it.

Nice experience

Room was clean and well-equipped. Location of the hotel is perfect - close to Taichung train station and the 4th Credit Union as well as Miyahara. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was divine! The only drawback was the smell from the bathroom - every time after shower, there was a smell from the drains. Given all the pros, it didn’t bother us all that much

Room is clean and spacious. An Exceptional Stay!

Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Taipei and Taichung, this hotel was the best! Not only was the location good and centralised, the room is also clean and spacious. Beds are huge as well. We had a 2 year old baby with us so traveling around can get a bit troublesome, but the hotel is located near the places we wanted to visit so it was pretty convenient. Places like Miyahara and Yi Zhong Night Market are only 15mins away on foot. Nearby there's also a Hong Rui Zhen Bakery that we love for their sandwiches too!
Breakfast options are good too! The porridge was delicious, and the ham & cheese toast was great! Staff were friendly and helpful, as they shared their recommendations on places to visit, and also rendered us with much assistance when our baby was sick on the first day of stay. Overall, an exceptional stay here and we'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family when they visit Taichung.

Cool Hipster-style Hotel

The hotel was stylishly decorated and the room was clean. The staff was also very helpful when we asked about buses to Sun Moon Lake. The only downside was that the hotel is located on a dark isolated street. I wanted to get some water from a convenience store, but was too scared to walk down the street. The staff member on duty was kind enough to offer me water bottles.

A quaint boutique hotel in Taichung

P&F Hotel was responsible for making a gift of a trip to Taichung just perfect. This is a wonderful boutique hotel wherein the heart of Taichung. Well kept, clean, stunningly decorated boutique hotel near the Taichung Train Station. They provided a smooth and efficient check-in which is very vital for weary travellers. The staffs was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome during our stay.

If you are looking for a more relaxed city life, this is the best place to be. The location is amazingly close to the Taichung Railway Station and Yizhong Street Night Market which is just perfect for travellers alike. It's accessibility to restaurants and shops and it's close proximity to tourist attractions is definitely a spot on.
Room:
If you crave bright rooms and maximum daylight from your hotels, this may not be the hotel for you. However, if you’re looking for a boutique design hotel that oozes elegance and style, P&F Hotel should definitely be on your Taichung shortlist. By the way, their in-room sofa is surprisingly soft.
Food:
They offer complimentary 2 choices of breakfast offerings. You can choose from either a traditional Taiwanese breakfast or a Western breakfast.

Fast and strong.
Bikes:
You can roam around Taichung using their cute and stylish GOGORO bikes as long as you are booked with the hotel.
