The hotel seems to be living it's last days. Though the territory is good and clean, it's for sure needs renovation.Now there is a sense of old and almost forgotten place. Broken aircon, broken refrigerator. Though the staff reacted immediately and we spent our nights in comfort. Thank you! Lonely beach is the best on Ko Chang.

This resort was once very grand but now sadly it is quite rundown. The pool area was amazing, this has been well maintained. The Spa is deserted and neglected. The grounds are OK but more TLC needed. The rooms are large, basic and clean enough. There is no restaurant and need to go outside to a nearby restaurant about 100m
Up the beach. The food at breakfast was basic but often lukewarm. The area has a backpacker, hippy, beachy vibe. Overall we had a great stay and knew what we would get with a 3 star property.

Rooms are spacious and have everything one might need during the holiday, however, everything looks a bit worn out. They clean and change towels every day, but you need to ask to change the bedsheets.
Wifi connection is good enough to work online. The biggest problem was the air conditioner - it's sooo noisy.
The hotel territory and the swimming pool are lovely! During our stay there were always sundecks available either by the beach or by the swimming pool. You can ask for a special beach towel at the reception, which is very convenient.
Thai food restaurants, cafes, small local supermarkets, laundry and bike rental shops are within walking distance from the hotel. There's no seven eleven in the vicinity and small shops are overpriced with very limited choice of everything.

Отель расположен на самом лучшем пляже Ко Чанга.Бронировали проживание с завтраком,выбор есть ,можно с чего то выбрать.Номера конечно требуют ремонта.Убирались каждый день,полотенца меняли каждый день.На территории чисто.

Отель переживает упадок. Все очень старое и обветшалое, требует реновации. Ресторана на территории нет, отправляют к соседям. Часть построек закрыта, валяется строительный мусор. Персонала мало, но они изо всех поддерживают порядок. Когда-то отель был хорош, но сейчас все закрыто, заброшено, устарело.
Старые номера, плесень, шумный кондиционер, нестабильная подача воды, изношенное постельное белье. Отель на закате своего существования, не рекомендую, очень депрессивно.
