A truly brilliant discovery

I stayed for only two nights at this property in a room suite for 4 people.
I had seen this hotel on booking but being on site I preferred to book in person. Not very large hotel located in Chaweng beach one of the areas with access to the largest and cutest beach of ko samui. Recently built hotel offers a modern design in its furnishings، elegant and functional room. Comfortable beds, safe, giant fridge (at least in my room) electric kettle with hot drinks kit, water Towels and bathrobes and slippers attached. Complimentary hygiene products. The only flaw is the shower that works well, but after its use despite being a glass that separates the toilets, at the bottom you would need a silicone insulation, because water flows into the incoming part of the bathroom. Mild problem to be solved by drying a cloth on the floor. Otherwise I would say a 'great choice. There is at the recption a corner with some snacks for breakfast and for the day. There is a gym corner with tools on the 4th floor. Perfect quality of sleep.

A gem of a hotel. Nice sized room with plenty of TV options. Everything you could want on your doorstep, including excellent massage, food options, and the beach. The staff are unfailingly helpful and kind, with excellent suggestions. The room service team are excellent. The morning toast and fruit is appreciated. Modern building, nicely designed. Would definitely go back.

This hotel looks great in the photos but it is falling apart. The following are issues we had in 2 rooms. The tv wasnt working in 1 room, no hot water in one room, both rooms had worn out decor, covered up with paint, fixtures and fittings are falling off the shower doors, the safes are tiny and the bathroom floor floods when showering. On the plus side, the beds were cleam and comfy. No pool or restaurant.

Since I only missed my beloved eggs at breakfast, it was just fantastic.

It all starts with respect. Treat the staff with respect, then they will make your holiday a dream. It is very well located, every question is answered and the staff are always friendly and laughing. Nevertheless, the reception manager cat still stands out. She speaks very good English, is nice, warm, accommodating and tries to solve any difficulty. The beds are good and I didn't find it loud either. Everything very good and within easy walking distance. Thank you for the great time.

A good location if you want Chaweng Beach. (But not in Chaweng Center) Excellent staff and service.
