Lovely Silom city Hotel
Breakfast is great, good selection.
Day time Bell man is so lovely always really helpful.
As lots of other reviews 7/11 across the road. Street food market very near.
We had room 1006 what a view
I think it's good value for money & would stay again.

DELUX ROOM WITH CITY NOT VIEW
Will never stay again. When Hotels.com complained on by behalf about getting some money back , they told me he request was declined , ok thats fine , now see what happens.
Shame on you.
Attahed is the view from my room , hardly a city view.
Its disapointed me , apart from this the porter staff are excellent and a credit to the Hotel.

3 times here and returning
Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. More expensive options are most recently renovated. Hotel has no swimming pool, it is only minus.

Great location
Very friendly and helpful staff except for one gentleman who works at the reception normally in the evenings.
My only complaint is that the gym area hasn't been improved since 3 years ago when I last visited the hotel.
The gym has no treadmill or exercise bicycle and no weights, ..For that reason unfortunately, I am not going to return to this hotel again.Otherwise,if you dont use the gym facilities then I would recommend this place as the location is so so good.
