Central and cozy small hotel

Nice environment, good breakfast bags at early ferry, good reception when booking and good breakfast. The rating is unfortunately taken down by a non-service-minded employee.

Nice but a little untidy!

We were two families who stayed in their apartments (annex and loft) which were a bit away from the rest of the hotel. Perfectly nice and nice apartments but I would have liked a little better cleaning. Found two used eye lenses on the floor, a lot of dust under the bed, spider web in the corners and a little greasy feeling in the kitchen. But the location is perfect, the breakfast very good and the staff nice.

Disappointed with the room

Poorly cleaned. Booked room with bathroom but it was a "Stockholm shower" where you basically stand in the toilet and showers and the small little room (which itself had been the smallest hotel toilet I've ever seen) gets of course completely wet. The smallest sink I've seen so even when you had to wash in the evening everything got wet. For example, it was not so much fun for those who might then want to go to the bathroom. There was nothing in the description, when booking the room, to indicate this. The price picture was also high in relation to this.

Avoid Villa Borgen in Visby

Disappointment; dirty room, soft bed (especially for back pain), and miserable breakfast
(and one day, no more bread at 9:30 AM)

Villa Borgen

Great place with good location. Top service and cosy rooms. Bakhagen is a fantastic nice place, but is very decaying. Beautiful urns, but unfortunately only dead plants. Could be so nice!!
