an excellent and pleasure stay at quality global hotel
just for two days and one night in Stockholm and selected quality global this time. We checked in around 10AM and to utter surprise room was alloted which is a very very rare experience . 9th floor with smooth lifts. Room is just ok. Good bed and informal chairs bath as expected. Breakfast spread is good and well placed so easily manageable with good crowd as well . Staff is quite friendly as they help as and when asked. whether it is to collect drinking water or luggage storage. Overall excellent experience

More Motels than Quality Hotels
Booked a 23sqm room, with large double bed and sauna as shown. Got a smaller room (1587), small double bed, micro sauna no bathrobes. The room smelled sour and had very few windows that also let in noise from Nynäsvägen.
Quick change of room after complaint, but if we had been right from the beginning, we would not have had to spend both annoyance and half an hour on it!
Most annoyed was that there were not one but two available rooms of the type the booking was intended for, so why downgrade a guest in that way.
The rooms or the final room (1576) were as promised, the decor was spartan, a little dated, inside the door two unjustified steps (death trap at night)?
The bathroom in room 1576 was neat and functional with its small sauna solution. Extra plus for lighting and dimming function. Small minus to the small sink that barely went to pan in. Warning for steps immediately when entering the room.
The info board with information only in English, without specified times but only with references to more info on the malfunctioning TV.
Breakfast as expected in a rather boring environment.

Den situation du beskriver är inte alls i linje med den standard vi strävar efter. Jag beklagar verkligen att er vistelse inte blev som förväntat.
Alla rum ser olika ut, vissa basturum är 16kvm andra är 25kvm. Gällande lukten så åtgärdades det direkt efter att du sagt till, men jag beklagar verkligen att er vistelse började med brister från vår sida. Jag är glad att det rummet ni fick efter att ha bytt var till belåtenhet, det är viktigt för oss.
Hoppas ni fick chans att njuta av bastun.
Gällande handfatet så tar jag det vidare för att se hur vi kan förbättra den biten.
Anledningen till trappsteget i rummet är att när rummen byggdes behövde man dra ventilation och andra viktiga rör under golvet, därför finns trappsteget där. Jag kan förstå att det känns obehagligt när det är mörkt och man inte ser så bra.
Beklagar även att TV:n inte fungerade som den skulle, tack för att du berättade det.
Normalt sett brukar man se rakt in i Avicii Arena när man äter frukost, den miljön brukar vara väldigt trevlig. Vi kommer att se över hur vi kan förbättra miljön i frukostmatsalen.

I never leave reviews but this hotel is very excellent, clean, and the staff was amazing. Easy spot to catch Ubers but in a very quiet area!

Clean, had everything we needed for a one night stay after an event at the 3 Arena. Amazing breakfast - great selection.

Hotel practically inside the stadium
We stayed at this hotel during a tour in Scandinavia, we stayed for two nights, the hotel is practically under the 3 Arena stadium, in the suburbs about 40 minutes on foot or 30 minutes by public transport, very large, the rooms are quite large, for a few nights it is fine, for more nights I would say no, the breakfast is quite varied. Clean and kind staff.
The only drawback is that they do not clean the rooms from one day to the next, madness.
