The staff was very friendly. Often visit this campsite. The service buildings are clean. Located nicely by Lake Vänern this campsite.

Unfresh service house

We were with the motorhome and had to take a bigger seat XL because it was full. Really good place, nice and even surface.
But the service buildings both ladies and gentlemen need a revamp, broken doors to the toilets and generally unfresh.
The cleaning was beneath contempt would have to be cleaned several times a day.
The restaurant was well ok but very much matos indoors.
Nice bathing possibilities even for smaller children.
But too expensive for this standard.

Nice location. Property didn't smell the best (bad odours from drains?), and there was mouse poo under the sink. No staff at reception

Good Camp Ground

We stayed in a small but clean and adequate two person cabin for two nights and three days in mid-August 2013. It was a whim to travel out here on our tour of Sweden (we had a rental car), but a beautiful and amazing experience that I'm glad we stumbled into. The camp grounds themselves were compact, right next to the shore of Northern Lake Vernern, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend the local trails, swimming, as well as the campsite restaurant. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Varmlands!
