This intimate B&B is located on the main street, Storgatan, just 984 feet from Simrishamn Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a plasma-screen TV in each room and a lush Mediterranean-style garden. Highly recommended!

We travelled as a larger party of nine adults and three small children. During the week we were there we got a fantastic reception and service from the staff. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining room in functional style. The prices were humane and the staff very helpful and welcoming.

- Noise from the pedestrian street
- Noise from the mules
- Noise from playground v. Gågaden, where cars also drive
- no possibility of making coffee in the room

Bed NO Breakfast

This is not a B&B. It's a B'n'B - Bed NO breakfast. They don't serve breakfast! On contact with the owner, he says they've turned themselves into a boarding house. By that he means rooms with beds and doors to lock themselves in. Nothing else exists. The pictures on the booking etc. give a picture that is not in accordance with the truth.
The beds are comfortable and the location is good if you want to stay centrally in Simrishamn. That's it. Nothing else.
Look further if you are actually looking for a cozy Bed & Breakfast. Otherwise, keep looking anyway.

Centrally located in Simrishamn

Received emails with detailed instructions how to get in. Worked great. We were all alone at the accommodation probably because it is still low season (early May) we got a really nice room, fresh and spacious with good bathroom. No breakfast was available but after I emailed a question we got tips about the bakery on the same street. The breakfast cost about 95 SEK and was great.

Unable to communicate with

Before the trip we needed to reschedule the dates, but they were not available by phone and did not respond to emails. A couple of days before they finally answered our third email and cancelled our accommodation completely...
