Guesthouse, rather than B&B, good value

Guesthouse was good value for money. Bathroom shared with one other room, same for the kitchen, the idea being you bring your own breakfast materials and can cook other meals in the kitchen as well. There is a supermarket in the local town of Floda, as well as some takeaway pizza places.
Location is right off the E22 highway, but once inside, you can't hear it.
Nice environment. There are several buildings with guestrooms, none of them in the main castle building. Some are up on the hill near the castle, and some lower down.
There is a lake you can take dips in in the summer.
Clean room, clean sheets. Just a few minor tweaks would make a difference - get rid of the old rugs, they might look era appropriate, but they smell era appropriate too, and give the room a musty smell. Go to IKEA and invest in new pillows for the beds, and some small rugs to put on the bare floor by the beds (was a piece of metal on one side, pretty cold on the feet first thing), and, yes, there is free wifi, BUT, the signal is very poor in the rooms. There could have been a notice telling guests that the best reception for wifi is in the communal tv room, and having the password for it in the room info, or in the check-in package is a must.
Having said all that, clean, great value (a nearby hotel literally costs 3 times more), nice environment, friendly staff, very responsive to emails.

A perfect place for a one night near Gothenburg airport -sort of

This is a lovely old manor house turned into a conference centre and bed and breakfast. We were the only guests staying in a most charming room in one of the wings. The breakfast basket was served as promised delivered to the door. The location is about 20 min FTP the Gbg airport on the way to Stockholm.

Low standard, but confortable beeds.

We stayed 2 nights when participating in a wedding at Nääs Slott.
The house we lived in - there was 4 room, but 2 bathrooms that you have to share.
The standard is poor, and waterpreassure is terrible. You can hardly get ridd of the soap.
The breakfast was delivered in a basket each morning and was ok for a b&b.

Lunchbuffé

Prisvärt alternativ till vägkrogerna och snabbmaten. En bit från vägen men helt klart värt det. Maten god och miljön fantastisk. 129:- för buffé med sallad, sill, soppa, bröd, två rätter varmt och dessert med kaffe. Mums!

Charmigt boende

Vi bodde i norra flygeln, trevliga och stora rum med bekväma sängar. Trevligt med gratis kaffe, det var dock ganska lyhört mellan rummen. Fräscha badrum
Vi åt en god frukostbuffé i restaurangdelen som kostade extra.
Mycket trevliga omgivningar
